Food is fantastic. We have eaten here many times and always been pleased with quality of food and service. The table is yours for the night, you are not rushed off for the next client. We stayed overnight for the first time last month, the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast met our high expectations. Dogs are also welcome...

Very pleasant, and friendly helpful staff. If you prefer your accommodation noisy, trendy and over-priced, try somewhere else! The Coach & Horses is rural, quiet and comfortable, and not far from the park-and-ride locations for buses into Oxford. Their full English breakfast will set you up for the day. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Have visited this pub every couple of years on our trips to England. We have always found this a great place for an evening meal. The food is very good, staff friendly, helpful and polite. Obviously very popular with people around the area as always quite a number of customers. Recommeded but advise to book Friday and Saturday nights.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, they went out of their way to recommend walks in the countryside. Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced for a nights stay. Would definitely return here if I was travelling that way again.

Had such a lovely relaxed meal last night (saturday 20 june) here, the food never fails to be just as good as the last time we visited, always consistent which is probably why its ALWAYS busy. The waiting staff were so lovely, smiling and can really tell they enjoy working there, pat on the backs for you all, I would...

We called the pub on the off chance of a late table on a friday evening and luckily they were able to accommodate us. The service was prompt and courteous even though the pub was obviously very busy, and the food was simply delicious.

We chose this location having looked at Tripadvisor for a nice place to stay with the location being a short taxi ride away from a dinner I had booked. Described perfectly, arrived and greeting by the bar staff who ordered a taxi for us too for later on in the evening. The pub itself was full of character and laid...

The Coach and Horses is a modest hotel (not a B&B) south and east of Oxford about 20 minutes drive. The area is quiet, and the hotel is comfortable, clean, affordable, and hosts a really excellent restaurant with top-notch service. One of the reasons I stayed here is that I had a car and the idea of driving into or...

Spent 4 nights here visiting friends in the area. Oxford was just 10 minutes away. The food was generous, piping hot & tasty, and they even served dinner early for us as we had a 14 month only child. The staff are super friendly & have a great sense of humour. Rooms may be on the small side, but were...
