This place is amazing. It's darling and comfortable, neat, clean and stylish. But the very, very best part is Kelly and Joe, the owners. They are so friendly and helpful -- and their food is FABULOUS. I stayed here for four days on business, accompanied by two co-workers, and the pastries and breakfasts Kelly and Joe prepared for us were...

My husband and I stayed one night during the BMW golf championship. Golf themed cookies were freshly baked and waiting in our room. Room was super comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the Inn Keepers were fantastic! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime soon!

A pleasant room with a lovely bath in a great old home not far from the center of Carmel. The public spaces are very inviting and comfortable. There were delightful snacks and beverages available to us the afternoon of our arrival. The innkeepers accommodated my husband's need for gluten-free food easily (I guess that is what happens when you are...

Kelly and Joe are amazing. They have thought of everything. We didn't want to leave and we are recommending this b & b to our family and friends who live in the Midwest. It has every last charming detail you could imagine. Joe and Kelly are very accommodating for vegans too. The next time we are in the Midwest area...

I had to come to Carmel for a conference and soon discovered there were almost no hotel rooms left in the city. The bed and breakfast was recommended by a friend who lives locally and I am SO glad he did. I have stayed in many top of the line hotels like the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton, and I...

Great B&B with great location. Joe and Kelly are warm and gracious hosts. The house is perfect and the breakfasts are suburb. Every little detail is thought of, including the delicious macaroons in your room to the little chalk board welcoming you. Be sure to say “Hi” to Teddy. He’s really not a fox. If you’re a race car fan...

I was working in the area and decided to take a much needed break from hotels. I chose here because of proximity to work and also because of the reviews. I could not have been more pleased! Kelly and Joe are just the best host and hostess ever. I was greeted and shown around. They asked about my likes and...

We stayed at the Old Towne Carmel B&B while going to see the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the Carmel Palladium. The B&B and the owners were great, breakfast was wonderful and location was really convenient. Less than 5 minutes to great restaurants and a cool downtown arts district in Carmel and close to the Monon Trail. Nice neighborhood with...

Loretta and Doug are the most hospitable folks. They went above and beyond to make my stay special. Loretta makes almost everything from scratch and everything was delicious. The place and rooms are absolutely gorgeous too. The area around the BnB is so charming and there are many places within walking distance. You will love your stay here. I plan...
