I love this house and how well Kim decorates it! They are wonderful hosts and make a great breakfast. You will love it! It's also close to the downtown area, and has plenty of space to make it feel like your home away from home.

A wonderful old house, nicely decorated. Beautiful gardens. We were there on a very hot summer night, and the air conditioning system struggled a bit to cope. Very friendly, helpful hostess and a very good breakfast. Prices were very reasonable. We would go back.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet...this is an ideal place to stay in Franklin. Kim and family are gracious hosts. Plenty of books, movies, and snacks if you cannot sleep. Breakfast was hearty, filling, and delicious. Also,if you leave something behind..Kim will mail,it to you! She is a gem.

We stayed here when in Franklin for a wedding and really enjoyed both the place and the inn keeper. The breakfasts were amazing and the rooms beautifully kept. Much more interesting (and affordable) than staying in the big chain hotels. The family also owns a candy shop just down the road from the inn. That's a great place to visit...

Kim and Craig are wonderful hosts. Our family rented 3 of their rooms and they made a great weekend even better. We are returning for a family reunion in the future. The food is wonderful. If you are looking for something special this is the place. Hands down one of the best ever.

Kim and Craig are fantastic hosts. I was at the Ashley Drake over Labor Day weekend and really enjoyed downtown Franklin and Johnson County. I'm relocating to Franklin in about a month and Kim was a treasure trove of information about the historical homes of Franklin and the area. AMAZING breakfasts -- The selection is out of this world and...

I cannot sing the praises of Ashley-Drake Historic Inn enough. The innkeeper is very welcoming. The rooms beautiful, centrally located. We always stay here when we are in town. The breakfast is homemade and huge.

I was a lone traveler, Upstairs, Depot Room. It is obvious that Kim has the B&B business down-pat. Guests don't lack for anything. Room was quaint & full bed very comfortable for 1 person. There were other guests in room next door - I did not hear conversation, but I think both rooms shared the same creaking floor boards, which...

Great accommodations! Quaint and very warm with personal touches. They are great hostesses! Serving from their hearts the great breakfasts they offer. Totally enjoyed our stay! Near the center of old downtown, within walking distance. Great antique shops, candy store and boutiques.
