From the front desk person who checked us in to the breakfast person who helped us, the staff was first rate.
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, personnel including the maids were all very friendly and helpful.

Julie, we can accept a pre-paid Visa card. It will be very important to inform the front desk associate at check in of the cards pre-paid status. It is handled differently than a regular credit card, because the payment has to be collected at check-in to make sure there is enough to cover the bill rather than just authorizing a card for payment at checkout.
