Great place highly recommend. Hot water, clean quite great staff, safe, well lighted, nice room, great price.. Will be back next year. Best location to the track we could have stayed closer but didn't want to be in a lot of traffic. This hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed there a year ago.
One of the most immaculate Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Not only was my room very clean but also the lobby and hallways were as well. The room was spacious and had a great walk-in shower. The front desk was professional and friendly.
Where to begin: location in industrial park, not somewhere I'd want to drive through in the dark and nothing close, you have to drive a bit for meals and/or gas. Check in staff attitude: indifferent-didn't have answers for questions and didn't care. STAY AWAY!!
We had stayed at this motel about a year ago and had a good experience. We decided to stay here again and brought my daughter and two grandsons. We made the reservations online and then called the motel directly to request adjoining rooms. The clerk told us she had made that notation on our reservation. When we arrived and checked in and wanted to confirm our adjoining rooms, Kim, told us they did not have any. I explained that we were told when we called, over two weeks ago, that we were supposed to have adjoining rooms and was told by the clerk on duty when we made the reservations. Kim indicated they do not guarantee adjoining rooms and do not tell people that they can guarantee them. Implied to us that we were not being truthfully. We requested a king a n a room with two queen beds. Ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. In both rooms mattresses were not centered on the bed frame, dust ruffles on the floor or haphazardly placed under the mattresses. No longer any cleaning seal on the rooms and honestly not sure how clean things are. Very disappointed at the decline of service at this Hampton Inn. Not sure if our stay is worth the $1,050 price tag for three nights.…
Solid, not stupendous. Not 5 stars partly because of a bit of trash visible in lobby and not emptied from overflowing can out front. Room was good. Clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast very basic (covid?) and I’ve seen better in this class of interstate hotel but adequate for our needs. Hotel is in an office park but felt safe. Would probably stay here again.
