Overall a nice hotel that's close to many things. The staff was very easy to work with even through the multiple times we had to get new room keys or new parking keys to get in and out of the parking area. This happened at least once a day for us unfortunately. The elevator broke down one day but was fixed rather quickly. The breakfast was a bonus surprise consisting of a wide variety of hot and cold items. The big downfall for the entire stay is it was advertised on Expedia as free parking and we ended up paying an extra $34 a day for parking. They've got you right where they want you as there's really no other place to park your car except in the underground parking lot in the building. We didn't find this out until we were sitting in the lobby and someone else came in to complain and get their own parking figured out. The person working blamed it on third party room purchases. We were stuck but wouldn't have had any other options unless we would've known this and picked another hotel where they don't charge you to park your car.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The rooms where very neet and spacious. The Gym was well equipped with with tools I needed to exercise. The breakfast at the hotel was very diverse and tasted great. Michelle also gave us great service during breakfast time.

Michelle has been the absolute best, providing and caring for us!! She provided breakfast for the group that we traveled and stayed with. She has an infectious smile and bubbly personality. We’re grateful for her time.

This is probably my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel--last time was in 2012 and I wish I had reviewed my previous review, titled " Comedy of Errors." This time, as I got ready early in the morning, the cold water from the sink stopped working and there was barely any hot water. The shower was a trickle and barely usable. The toilet would not flush. Now, I understand stuff breaks. The problem was the front desk expressed little concern. They had me change rooms, and I had to rush to get everything into another room while now running late for a meeting. The other rooms all had the same problem, though the staff either didn't care or didn't believe me. All they had to say was "I'm so sorry this is happening! This must be frustrating for you!" Worse, I had paid for a city view room, and ended up in a room with no view at all. While hardly a tragedy, I did pay a few extra dollars for the view. Fortunately all was well at the end of the day. The plus side is the friendly breakfast lady, location, and a comfortable bed. Parking is easy.
