we booked a room for 2 nights through Priceline. It started on Christmas Day, when we arrived to check in, we were informed that they had upgraded our room.......when we walked into the room, we were ecstatic!!!!! It was a suite! We only paid $50 a night! The staff are AMAZING! They serve breakfast which was good as well!!! There...

Most of the staff were very pleasant. The rooms were nicely sized and very clean. The two negatives were that there was a $21 fee to park overnight and my TV wouldn't work properly. I asked for assistance from the front desk and his response was "That isn't my area". Other than those two things, it's a nice place to...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We appreciate your business and opinion. With parking, we try and stay competitive with the surronding downtown hotels. I do apologize about your encounter with the front desk agent. We set our service standards high and that is not how we train the staff to handle guest...

What a great hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The TGIF attached to the hotel had delicious food. The breakfast was the traditional buffet but the staff assigned to the breakfast were particularly helpful. The room was very nice. The price was great. It is conveniently located in downtown by all the stadiums and museums. Very impressive!

I stayed here while in town for a Colts game. The property is very well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was what you would expect. Eggs, Sausage, muffins, juice, milk, cereal, bagels. The location is the real winner here. About a 10-15 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. There is a mall...

Downtown Indianapolis is well served by the Fairfield on W. Washington. Location, rooms, service and access are what this unit is all about. The only downside was the surprise $24 parking. It wasn't evident in the reservation. But to have access to downtown without the need to face inclement weather was a major plus. Skywalks are something every city should...

Chose this property based on Marriott loyalty, the location and price point. It looks like a very new property and they maintain it well. I was happy that they recognized my Platinum status and actually upgraded my room which has been a very rare occurrence this year with marriott. The King Suite was very nice with a separate living area...

Short walk to Lucas Oil or Victory Field. During inclement weather you can use skywalks to get to many places including Lucas Oil. We were looking for a place to stay for a Colt's game at Lucas Stadium. Got the Fairfield Inn on Priceline for $100 a night and what a steal! Was a cold weekend, but we never needed a winter coat. This is a typical Fairfield Inn and I mean that in a good way. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good hot breakfast (free), clean, adequate room. But this one has two bonuses. First there is a Friday's restaurant inside. It's a bit of a hike to the center of downtown where the shopping and most restaurants are so it's nice to...
