This was by far (in my opinion) the best decision my parents could have made regarding lodging accommodations for my bridal party and extended family/out-of-town guests for my wedding. It's centrally located in Indianapolis in the historic Old Northside area of town. The interior is just gorgeous, there is a lounge/hangout room that was the perfect place for me and...

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. Someone has taken this historic property, retained it's integrity and integrated all of the creature comforts I seek. The location is close to downtown and within a short walk of a fun, little restaurant called Tinker Street. Plenty of free parking. There is a level of professionalism that I knew...

My first time in Indy, and my first time at a B&B. Great city, great accommodations. Staff was friendly and gave helpful suggestions on what to do and where to go. The inn is beautifully decorated and has a sense of charm and elegance. I think walking is a great way to experience a city, and I was able to...

While visiting family in the area we stayed at the Villa. It was a great location for us, easy to get to from the highway and so close to all the fun things to do downtown. It is a very unique building filled with gorgeous furnishings. Our four year old had a lot of fun pretending he was a knight...

I had been to an Alice in Wonderland tea party at this inn a few years earlier and remembered the beautiful dining room and decided to try it out for a weekend. While we normally stay in bigger hotels, this inn was charming and perfect for a romantic getaway. The person at the front desk was lovely at check-in and...

I stayed here for two nights in the middle of the week while in Indy for a work trip, and it was great for what I needed! The room was comfy and inviting, and the WiFi worked great. The whole atmosphere was charming and historic. The breakfast was delicious and timely in a beautiful dining room. It was convenient to...

I would definitely recommend the Villa for anyone staying in Indianapolis. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and quickly responded to our requests. The next time I travel through Indy, I will stay here.

Checked in and was told "15% non refundable if we didn't keep the reservation. After seeing the dimly light, poorly appointed room and the practically abandoned/creepy setting, and mattress that looked saggy and OLD, we checked out immediately! Of course she re-iterated the 15% fee, which is crazy because its not like we kept anyone else from checking in, NO...

We seriously question the validity of this review. We have not had anyone in recent memory leave immediately upon arrival. A red flag to us about this review is the quote about 'weird massage' rooms. 2 years ago, we had a spa located in our lower level. It has been fully renovated into guest rooms and no one would know...

First off, yes, this hotel is gorgeous! The dining area and the library look perfectly kept from another area. It's great for photos, and there are so many interesting little corners all over. The bad... I got one of the smaller rooms with shared bathrooms downstairs. The room is REALLY small, which is not too bad because I travel light....

Our front desk is staffed at the Inn at the Villa around the clock. We do not require an appointment to pick up a key. We do ask guests for an arrival time to accommodate- as much as possible-early arrivals. In other words, our housekeepers clean rooms in order of arrival times. The guest simply arrived prior to the room...
