While I still think it's crazy that hotels double their prices for bigger events, this hotel was very reasonable for the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with a blown light and it was fixed by the time we returned at the end of the day. Good location to restaurants and shopping, easy to locate...

Located and reserved hotel using award points. Arrived a few minutes later and everything was as promised. 2.5 star luxury. Clean, safe, quiet. Other hotels are nearby but I would gladly use this again. Price in dollars seems high.

Typical Fairfield Inn stuff here; easy to find, close to restaurants. Good breakfast choices. Eggs are those instant ones that make you want to scream. Good TV choices, fair WiFi speeds. Could use an upgrade.

Numerous room issues from musty smell in the room to a failed air conditioner which did not cool the room was more than enough to make this a poor hotel choice. The rate was elevated close to $200/night yet the hotel was not able to provide for the guests at that premium cost. Management was aware of all issues and...

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Okay place to stay with lots of restaurants nearby. Lobby area was good for gatherings. Hotel opened breakfast early on Saturday to accommodate our soccer team's early game. Our Team seemed to be satisfied with stay and late 2PM checkout for Team on Sunday.

The staff--from the manager, Brandy, to desk clerk, Delilah, to breakfast manager, Rosie--takes great care of you. We stayed with a sports team and Brandy worked with the sister property Courtyard to accommodate all our needs. There was no fitness center, but you are able to go next door to the Courtyard. Hotel was clean and tidy!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. We had a great experience at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is close to several restaurants and to Indianapolis. The Greenwood Mall is close by, as well.

Great location. Typical Fairfield Inn...appears to be older but recently updated. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Normal breakfast items. Many restaurants close by and hotel is right off I-65 behind the Cheeseburger In Paradise. Only 8-10 minutes from downtown Indy.

Room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator in our room. Would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area to cook the packaged oatmeal! Lots of choices of places to eat close by!

very clean hotel. Received the help I need when checking in and out. Restaurants in area are convenient. Offered breakfast more than just rolls and coffee. My room was across from the breakfast room but the noise level wasn't noticeable.

“Think all rooms are pretty much the same. Ice and vending and snacks seemed to be on first floor. There was a noisy hallway a/c unit on the east end of the first floor. Only one small elevator I think. We used the stairs ( when not carrying luggage) located on either end of the floors as the hotel is only 3 floors.”
