This is an amazing property of 4-5 acres well withing nature. Right from the entrance you will be surrounded by the greenery as they have ample trees of various kinds all grown naturally. Arrival in the resort was in the traditional style provide us welcome drink. We had a comfortable and nice stay in Spacious rooms which clean and extremely aesthetic.
The resort manager Ambali is very courteous, well behaved and experienced who makes u very comfortable. welcoming and courteous staff...
Morning view is beautiful which gives you a sense of calmness. Definitely a visit for a relaxing outing.
Special attractions were 1) bonfire with chicken bbq and music. 2) swimming pool and lighting besides it. Which gives very cool and calm vibes. 3) Trekking : next to resort one small mountain as well as nearby a trekking which gives you breathtaking view❤️
Food Review: very delicious 😍 1)Lunch and Dinner was very authentic kerala food. 2)Breakfast was spread of English and authentic kerala food.
I will surely recommand those who wish to stay little far from city area and close to nature.👍👍

A must visit resort in Wayanad. We had a 3 days stay with family and overall it was an amazing one.
Lets start with the rooms : We were a total of 12 members and booked 6 rooms in which 4 were nearby and another 2 were like the next door. the rooms are spacious with a separate sit out area and balcony.
The property has got a big swimming pool which is really fascinating for the kids and us :)
The food was really amazing and we got surprised with the chef's special items they served.
Over all we had an amazing holiday and definitely recommend for all of our friends and family.

If you are traveling with family, friends or as a group try to stay with Edakkal village resort. The rooms are clean ,spacious, a good swimming pool ,trekking ,camp fire etc are available. You will not feel bored as there are somany entertainment's are available.
The staffs and the management are the best inorder to welcome and treat the guest .

Very bad experience that they didnt even give us check-in. When we arrived at the property with family, that too with small three kids, they said the cottages we booked are under maintanence and they are diverting us to some other resort as they dont have any vacant cottages in their property. Finally we had to agree as we were coming from a very long drive and were really tired of searching for another property. And the property they provided was really uncomfortable with small rooms and not so clean rooms. I am completely dissappointed as I had booked the property online by searching a lot of travel portals, and got this as my choice. But I would rather say that the management has cheated us by not informing us about the maintanance at the time of booking, so that we could have cancelled the booking and find a better place ourselves instead of the tiny labour rooms they provided to us. I would never ever book this property or ever recommend this to anyone. I am a frequent traveller either with friends or family or both who regularly books hotels and resorts online on almost all travel portal apps, but this was my first and worst experience in my life.

The resort is quite peaceful and highly serine atmosphere, service and response from staff is excellent. Hard to come across such a customer friendly staff across all areas of the resort. Worth to stay!

Had a very bad experience here. Very poor customer service. The resort's maintenance is poor. Also, they didn't offer accommodations for drivers. When asked, they claimed they were unable to provide this service, although all other resorts do it.

One of the worst resort I have ever visited, they just name it as resort but no resort related facilities. We booked an AC room with breakfast, but the worst part is we got a room without AC and without a restaurant. They supply food from some mess. Worst maintained resort, no facilities, Swimming pool was not at all maintained. they charged us whooping Rs.8500/- without any facility. There are no restaurants near to this place as well. you need to travel fro 30 mins to go to the city and have food. we checked out same day without staying and a booked a decent hotel with AC for 3500 Within Wayanad city

one of the worst resort i have visited .the customer service is very bad.they don't arrange food properly. after raising complaint to their management they are threatening us. they are serving drinking water in used soft drinks bottles.

the resort staff is taking photo and threatening. only resort ambiance is good. rest everything is very bad. 1. checking timer delayed by 2 hr 2. do not give full amount has advance 3. staff taking costumer photos and threatening with that photos. 4. will the time we complaining to the manager the resort staff call to our current working company and threatening with our job.
