Everything was great at Willow. A notable highlight are their Landscape and Architecture and the Swimming Pool stand out! It was designed in a way to make completely Natural and Trust me, I would call it as the best I've ever experienced from Wayanad. An amazing spot for Nature lovers. Thanks to Staff's Priyanka and Sharon. They are always polite and eager to be helpful in any way to help provide a peaceful & friendly environment for guests.They do their best to keep your routine as undisturbed and pleasant as possible. Special Kudos to the Manager Mujeeb. I was impressed by the knowledge and contacts he had on each destination we visited and he was able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.
Few Con's I felt was on the food menu which is with Limited options and the roads are very Narrow, Hope they will take care of it in near future.
Overall, It was a great experience and I highly recommend this Resort for anyone visiting.

Family people try Togo in monsoon nd njoy the resort .. couples go in off season nd njoy resort nd near by. Places !! 3 days stay in only resort is soothing nd comfort !! Food is fu…ing delicious in mornings which is complimentary… but others like lunch nd dinner Is costly tho 😅😅!!! The resort is rich in lush green nd simplicity nd calmness !! Just go nd have fun people !!

We were a family of 10 (including 4 kids) and went on weekend of 15th Aug 2023 Independence Day 2023. While family gathered from different locations Delhi, Bangalore and Ooty
The property is at nice location among green surroundings. Staff is polite.
Complimentary Breakfast buffet include two South Indian and one north Indian dish with milk n cornflakes, two fresh juices, eggs and bread, tea and coffee. Preparation is average but sambar is very spicy. Be watchful on sambar
Breakfast start time is 8.30 am but they start by 8.45 am which is little late as by the time you finish and leave for visit to near by places, we got very late at all places and have to stand in long queues
Breakfast should start by 7.30 am so that guest can leave early for local sight seeing and can do Breakfast on day of check out as well. We checked out without breakfast
House keeping is very bad and lack hygiene. Rooms are not cleaned every day. No change of linen. Cups and room electric Kettle were dirty. Extra folding beds were with broken wheels. Cockroaches and lizard in rooms are very common
Bathroom door not locking from inside. Water pressure in bathroom jet is very low and seepage in walls. Be extremely selective as housekeeping is really bad in this property.
Meals are to be pre ordered atleast 3 hours prior and is a big disappointment.
We have to order dinner at 6 pm. Service is very slow. Portion size are very good so be mindful on quantities. Preparation quality is average
Waynad was extremely hot during the day in our visit. None of the rooms have AC. No cold drinks and no ice available in this property. We have to buy cold drinks and request them to keep in their commercial refrigerator
Swimming pool is in open area and full of dirt and insects. We did bring our constumes but no one dared to take a dip in their pool. Disappointing experiencing on the pool
If doing early checkout at 7.30 am then no staff was available to take our luggage from room. We were forced to pack our luggage at night and shift in cars. It is really weird experience. Moreover, no response comes when issue was raised except their inability to help the guest in check out
On overall basis very sad experience.

Our stay for the long weekend at Willow Resorts was amazing. The property is beautiful and lush green. The staff was also very helpful.Food was delicious specially chicken stew and other local specialities. Lovely place if you are looking for a quick getaway.

Away from the concrete jungle in the midst of a 40 acre coffee estate. This resort is very beautiful. separate house/property per room. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa for a family of 5 including 2 kids. We stayed in this resort on 27th/28th Dec 2022. Though Wayanad climate was not what we expected (it was more sunny and warm for a winter), we had a good time enjoying the stay at this resort. Our main goal was to relax and enjoy our stay rather than seeing many locations around Wayanad. resort has a great infinity pool. The major positive aspect of this resort is the STAFF, from the watchman, the receptionist and the dining staff everyone were humble and kind. i would like to mention the name ALBEN who is the head of the dining department I guess. he was very polite and understanding to suggest and take care of our food orders. Lunch and Dinner are to be ordered in advance as they make it on demand. We loved the food at this restaurant. One complaint i have is about the breakfast. there was not much on the offering. very limited number of choices. and since it was a high peak season the quantity of the food was also not adequate.

This property is totally not worth the money you give. Only the breakfast is good, other than that food is horrible, rooms are substandard, bed is really bad especially it adds on to any back pain you have, bathroom is very slippery and old, no hot water availability, frequent power faliure, and they did not even agree to give a GST Bill. If you are looking for a luxury and relaxed stay or honeymoon kindly don’t choose this property.

We enjoyed our stay in this resort. It was so comfortable and relaxing. People are really nice and friendly, especially FO manager, Priyanka, Ajeesh, Nishal and security officer.. Food service was really great only thing is that they can include more options in Menu which they are already working on . Pleasant atmosphere and felt like staying in home 🙂.

The entire experience was great! Will highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in a serene and wonderfully designed resort. The service and care provided are very memorable.

Had a wonderful time here with my friends. Great ambiance filled with a lot of plantations around the property. The staff were quite friendly and helpful starting from the cleaners to the managers. Thanks Nishal, Mujeeb and Priyanka for the amazing experience at Willow Wayanad. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a peaceful vacation :)
