In town for a conference and Hillside was a suggested hotel. Based upon my chats with colleagues who stayed elsewhere in/near Madison, I’m overall pleased with my choice.
A tired venue for certain- best days are well past- but reasonably priced and comfortable enough.
Nice older inn in downtown Madison rooms are clean beds are comfortable. Within walking distance of the festivals although the hill can be a bit a a challenge late at night. Free continental breakfast in the morning.
