well it says on big highway sign that weekends & special events are excludes and it also says $39.99 & up. Also u said about $30.00 deposit if you pay yes because people do take some stuff, like towels, blankets, pillows, alarm clock and they also smoke in nonsmoking room. That why there is deposit. If you not planing to take anythings or smoke in room or trash the room then you should not cry about $30 deposit because you get that back when u check out. Lot of hotel take credit card even if u pay cash. So thank u for this.

Sorry just giving my impression as the consumer. The room is worth $40-45/night on any night. It is never worth 70 so to try and fleece people on the weekend does not make the room better and worth more. The low rating is taking everything into consideration. Plus given there are nicer hotels with competitive pricing within walking distance to the Super8 your higher "weekend" price makes you the least value for that area.
I rate rooms cost adjusted, i.e. if you charge 40 I do not expect a "Marriott" bed. Had I paid 40 -50 I would have rated your hotel a 3star meaning an "ok" place for the money. For $70/night you are a 1star as a cost/value review
