The hotel is close to Amish Acres. It was clean and the rooms are adequate however the young girl at the desk was not trained at all. We purchased a Getaway package and she explained that the tickets should come from Amish Acres--- this was not correct and caused much confusion-- we were sent back to Nappanee Inn and they...

I heard from relatives in NAPPANEE that the property had changed hands recently. I hope the new management is able to remedy the following issues: intermittent and very weak wifi that does not reach the rooms at the back of the hotel; horrible beds but fine if you are packing lots of ibuprofen for the next day; not so helpful...

We stayed at the Nappanee Inn during our weekend trip to Amish Acres. We found the hotel clean except for the mud that someone tracked in on the carpet. The housekeeping staff must have been on vacation as well because the mud was still all up the stairs and down the main hallway two days later. I heard several people...

We where in town for my sisters wedding and our family had a block of rooms. we where greatly surprised with the hotel. I understand the hotel just came under new management and have made alot of improvements. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast even included pancakes! Thank you for making our family even special.

This hotel is perfect for the area. The staff was polite and it is always a pleasure to catch "Plain and Fancy" at the Round Barn Theatre. I did not have a chance to use the pool but people seemed to be enjoying it. Definitely worth having a meal at the restraunt at Amish Acres too. The pot roast is...

This was our first visit to Nappanee. I should have been more concerned when we first checked in and there was not another car in the parking lot and no one around! This should have been a red flag since it was a Friday. We purchased an all inclusive package deal, a special to see the matinee of Plain and...

We thought our reservation was at the Amish Acres Inn; stopped there, and were directed to the "Nappanee Inn". It looked a little rough; carpet was dirty in the halls and the beds were very low and just double beds. Still, we weren't worried, until I flushed the toilet. The water spewed up like a geyser, all over the seat....

We spent one night in Nappanee, we saw a show at the theater in town, took a wagon ride and did some shopping. All in all, the town is quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. The Inn could use some updating. It was clean and the room was quiet. If the management would spend some time and money updating the rooms...

This was our first visit to Nappanee. We traveled with friends that had been there before and had stayed at the Inn at Amish Acres. We opted for the $99 package and were given rooms at the Nappanee Inn since the Amish Acres Inn was full. The Nappanee Inn has definitely seen better days. The décor was very worn and...

We stayed at The Nappanee Inn July 31 thru August 1 during the Amish Acres Festival and other activities in the area. Our room was just OK--very worn but clean. The TV didn't have much sound at all (we could not listen to it) and we reported it to the front desk and he had no idea what to do..so...
