If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. We loved our cottage (#4). The staff were all friendly. The cottage was clean and just as described. My only complaint or wish is that they didn't charge extra for sheets and towels, but that's just me nitpicking. Will defy be back!

The staff is friendly. The cottage is clean and well-equipped. The bed and murphy bed were both comfortable. The futon was a futon. The property was well-manicured and peaceful. Don't count on the WiFi though. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The WiFi worked for one day. This is a place to vacation, but not to stay in...

This place was just what was advertised plus much more.We had a one bedroom cottage. This means we had a separate bedroom(large very comfortable bed) and there was also a very modern Murphy bed in the living room portion. It was also very comfortable. We didn't need it, but the couch also could be folded into a bed which meant that...

The Cottage was great, clean well stocked, may want to bring paper towel pot holder dish soap, if you are a big coffee drinker extra coffee. We brought paper plates and cups so we did'nt have to spend time doing dishes.I cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay 4 generations of family and we all had a...

This place is quiet in the off-season (when the amusement park isn't opened), clean and affordable. We have loved the two trips that we have spent there. I highly recommend this place for families and as a destination - not just as a place to stay if you are planning a trip to the amusement park.

Absolutely a great place to spend quiet time with the family. Great if you love fishing and being outdoors. Very modern but classy cottages and the owners couldn't be anymore inviting and caring. They go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. My family will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

I booked a cottage for 10 people for a 2 family trip to Holiday World. We arrived in early May and felt fortunate to see that not many people had booked it that early. The cottage was perfect - the right amount of Christmas w/out being tacky. One of the 3 ponds/lakes were literally a couple of feet outside of...

So great to find accommodations for our family of seven! This family owned and operated business goes above and beyond to make their cottages and property perfect for other families to enjoy! The separate bedrooms in the cabin made it perfect for putting our twin toddlers to bed before the rest of us. We were visiting over fall break for...

Lovely cute cottages, beautifully done. I found them pricey though, esp because they charge $25 for linens !!! I did not mind the overall experience minus the fact i had to pay that amount for linens. The cottage doesnt provide any basic supplies ! ( no dishwasher soap and you are expected to clean and keep the dishes away)!

Three of us stayed in Holly Tree this past weekend. The cottage was lovely and clean with plenty of room for us. The furniture was well made and sturdy and the beds were comfortable. It had a balcony with a table & chairs overlooking the lake. The property was immaculate and in warmer weather it has plenty to offer families....
