We got into the room at midnight, the young lady behind the desk gave my husband a discount. Very nice lady and great customer service. The room was pretty good and clean. The headboards need to be dusted. The bathroom was okay. The toilet needs to be cleaned on the bottom. There was a hole and the pipe behind the... More

This is an older hotel and maintained well. It looks like typical hotels that were built for conferences, so it is not the easiest to get all your stuff in and back out to the car for just a night stay. The hotel also does not have automatic doors, so you have to deal with opening doors while pushing luggage... More

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was more than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. A 5:30am breakfast was provided for RAIN riders. Great location with easy access.

The hotel is older and under some renovation, including one of the two elevators being out of commission. That being said, the hotel is not that bad, but bed bugs in one of the two beds ruined our stay. We were en route to Indianapolis for a baseball tournament and decided to stop over in Terre Haute. We reserved the... More

We searched the hotel sites online carefully, making sure to get the points we absolutely had to have. The pictures were beautiful, but the hotel up close and personal was not. It was dirty and "used" looking. The hallways and room were dim. I have an allergy to cigarettes and the entire "nonsmoking" floor smelled so badly of old cigargettes.... More

Old. Disgusting bathroom, inoperable elevator, both washrooms by outdoor pool are out of order. Breakfast was o.k.; usual waffles, muffins, cereal. Should of know better. Won't be back. Skip this place and stay at Drury Inn or Fairfield Inn.

For the price charged, considering there were a couple of graduations and the Indy 500 weekend, we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were bad. That buffet was good with the standard contenintal breakfast menu.

My mother passed away and we were holding her memorial in Terre Haute, which was her home town. I wanted a more budget friendly hotel for my family since the cost of last minute airfare from San Francisco was astronomical. I read the reviews on here for the Quality Inn so I thought why not, especially since it had a... More

My husband and I stayed May 22 at Quality Inn in Terra Haute, IN off I-70. He got coffee and a newspaper after easily checking in. We stayed in a suite with one king bed. It had two rooms with an adjoining door. One room had a small square table with three chairs, sofa, coffee table, and two end tables.... More
