Had reservations made. Single woman traveling with 3 children & a dog. Arrive at midnight to be turned away. Was told my bank debit card and my Chime card could not be accepted. At no point in the email confirmation or during my follow up call to confirm reservations was I told this. I have been to Days Inns all across the Country and NEVER had this issue. If a specific hotel has special rules - they need to notify their potential customers of this. If I was told this - I wouldn't have been stuck in the middle of the night with 3 kids a dog and no room. Very poor service

sorry for inconvenience but we also have rights to not to accept any prepaid cards or any online banking cards. because we also spent our hardworking money in the room & people booked thru online with prepaid card or online banking with minimum balance in the card & damage a our room so, its not like a restaurants or grocery stores you can use any cards , even i wish booking company has software to filter out cards so me & you dont have to go thru this Hopefully you can understand thanks

This hotel was clean and even though they were doing updates right outside our window with the siding it was totally worth the stay. The price was also on point, the rooms were very clean. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We were very happy with the stay and being so close to my favorite Hy-Vee gas station was a huge perk. Slept soundly because it was quiet and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Room was clean and spacious. I had the king study room. The fan for the heater never turned off (auto switch not working) and the toilet kept running water. I just turned off the valve. The room was priced reasonably. My biggest concern here is that both nights I stayed there was a van in the parking lot that was occupied and running at all hours of the night. The morning I checked out, my GPS notified me that someone was trying to access the bluetooth feature. For these reasons, I will pass on this place next time.

Not bad rooms. But,service sucked. Couldn't get no room service until 4+ at night. They don't clean the occupied rooms 1st. Don't clean the bathrooms or nothing. Got clean bed every night and towels, dumped garbage, vacumed and that was about it. Worried more about smoking outside than my room service.

sorry for inconvenience but due to corona virus, as per CDC guideline and for our guest & our housekeepers safety we are not cleaning stay overs now days but we take extra precaution to cleaning to checkout rooms. even upon your request we changed bed sheets and clean your rooms every day. for smoking you and other guy were smoking at exit holding exit door fully opened. you should know you cannot smoke around 150 feet of any entrance of non-smoking property.
