I stayed here for a square dance weekend in March, 2017. I waited 2 hours to check in, as they were that slow and unorganized. Their key machine went down, but thankfully they had another. Their system is so bad, and there are so many rooms with problems, that they literally had someone running around looking for rooms to transfer...

Where to begin...this hotel was just awful. Upon check in, we were told that the pool and hot tub were both closed, which was very disappointing. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated and seemed updated, but it ended there. The room we were given seemed old. The air conditioning in our room also was not working and the room felt...

I am a local company. I booked 5 rooms a week ago. Arranged at booking to have shuttle service. My employees checked in, check in was messed, were told at check in that no shuttle service was available. Hopefully the hotel will read this review and fix their internal problems. I spoke to the manager prior to check in and...

Very dirty rooms, dirty lobby, pool wasn't open nothing pretty much was, very cold in the hotel but the worse was the desk clerks they were incredibly rude and uninformed. After we decided not to stay there they still charged my cc after I assured they would not. Stay away from here there other really good hotels in the area...

So many things that need changing and improving - basically everything was poor. The room was somewhat clean, but dirt and dust coated quite a bit of the furniture. Holes in blinds that looked like moths had eaten them. A gross clump of hair in the bed. After a lot of hard pulling, the shower finally went on. If it...

The pool and hot tub were down, but at least they told me that when I made reservations. What they didn't tell me is that most of the hotel had NO heat. They told me there would be a hot buffet breakfast until 1030 but when we got there at 930 there was nothing hot or cold to eat, just...

It was cold everywhere. The pool was 60 degrees and couldn't swim in it. The lobby clerk person was super rude and annoying. The rooms weren't clean and we found lots of left things in the hotel room. There were no housekeeps anywhere in sight.

The room was battered; sheet dirty; hotel clerk very nice but inadequately trained to even give directions to my room (it is a large complex). And the breakfast they served was a joke. I asked the waitress for a knife to cut a bagel. She said it was pre sliced. It was not. I asked for a knife; she handed...

I went to Hotel Davenport's Halloween party this year and I already know that I am coming back next year. Everything from the floor to the ceiling was decorated with spooky Halloween decor. Their service was beyond spectacular. Everyone was wearing splendid costumes. This hotel provided me and my family an incredible experience. I guarantee, your friends and family will...

We travel ALOT and are noticing more and more that hotels of certain brands or quality also advertise their free wifi, but when you need to use it, they conveniently don't have it. There is also some excuse that basically comes down to: we are currently working on it and are trying our best to fix it. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!...
