This is a really lovely spot. The house is gorgeous and the hosts Bob and Connie are very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed the guest house because it was separate and offered two bedrooms a large living room kitchen and dining room combo. It is also a great value and I would stay here over any...

Sally and I stayed in the Lavender Room at the Seven Roses Inn from June 29 - July 8, 2016. The Lavender Room is charming and spacious, just what Sally and I needed every evening after playing with our grandchildren all day. Bob and Connie are wonderful host and hostess. Breakfast every morning was different and always delicious. Sally has...

The Seven Roses Inn was charming, comfortable and relaxing! We have stayed at hotels in the area and that will never happen again. The owners were genuinely nice hosts who met and exceeded our needs. Differentiation is always important to me and the their breakfast was extraordinary. They also did the "little extra" that makes you feel special...they asked what...

Bob and Connie provided a sumptuous bed and breakfast- literally. We stayed in the Rose Room and the bed was enveloping in its comfort. Connie gave us se great dinner recommendations, the evening we arrived. The breakfast the next morning was very tasty and we would have loved to linger in conversation longer, but we had to depart. We plan...

My mother and I stayed at The Seven Roses Inn April 23rd and 24th. It was everything we thought it would be and more. Bob and Connie we're welcoming and easy going. Connie's delicious breakfasts were complimented by the aromatic organic French Roast coffee she served. Mom stayed in the Rose Room, which she described as luxurious, while I stayed...

Seven Roses Inn was my home away from home, for an entire month, in the summer of 2012. I had the lovely Lavender room in the attic. Soaking in the antique bathtub was the high point of my day, every day. It is a beautiful, well maintained house, full of lovely things to look at and soak in and talk...

A unique B&B. Taking my daughter to college at Maharishi University in Fairfield, had her stay in the Blue Bedroom with a covered bed and step stool up to the bed. She loved it, so beautiful and whimsical. I took the Lavender Attic, with the funky soaking tub in the middle of the room. Very comfortable bed - and I...

As we are preparing to leave this wonderful B & B after a 18 night stay it is hard to say goodbye. This was my very first trip to Iowa and the owners of Seven Roses "Bob & Connie" made this trip unforgettable and so very special. My colleague and I had two rooms for the duration and highly recommend...

We spent 2 nights in Fairfield in the Inn and it was a treat. We were very comfortable despite 100 degree plus temps. The Rose Room was beautifully furnished with a comfy King bed and enormous private marble bath across a hall. We very much enjoyed chatting with our gracious hosts over breakfast. They also hosted a post-wedding brunch for...

“We love the lavender Room, but be prepared for a narrow flight of stairs to get to the room.”

“I got a peek in all the roomss and each is charming. If a slanted roof and narrow steep stairs is not daunting, the large room on the top floor is amazing!”
