Some very good young trainees also attended to our needs in the restauraunt . We stayed in a " Forest " room which was very comfortable and more than adequate . Excellent bar staffed...

Stayed here over the weekend and was made to feel very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly. Bed was comfy and slept very well indeed. Breakfast in the morning was very good according to others in my party (I had to dash off to London at silly o'clock in the morning) but I have eaten dinner here once before and that...

Delightful hotel within the New Forest. We were greeted by the Forest ponies and a beautiful rainbow. Just about managed to drag ourselves out of our sumptuous bed in time for an amazing breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. A travel cot with bedding was provided for our baby. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend with great food and drinks menu. Extremely well furnished with lovely double sided fire! Just perfect for those long winter nights. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and the staff are well trained and polite. Situated in the heart of the New Forest you can watch the animals pass by your bedroom window. And if you...

Seven of us chose The Bell Inn and Bramshaw GC for a two day break. We paid the supplement for single occupancy and the rooms were fine. Make sure to book your dining time when you book your accommodation as we were not asked. They could only offer 1900 and 2030 when we checked in. The golf package dinner menu...

We're quite local to this area and were looking for a hotel in Lyndhurst as we were attending a wedding. I know the Bell Inn and would never have booked it as it's MILES away from where we needed to be. However it came up as Lyndhurst on a number of Expedia-type sites (because of the distance it never occurred...

We were part of a group on a golfing break, the golf was fine which could not be said of the weather but that was not the fault of the Bell. However, where the did fall down was their catering for "gluten free"guests.Despite prior notice and agreement by the hotel management, they failed to provide gluten free bread/rolls on 4 out of 6...

A lovely hotel in a great area, we were lucky to be upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost and were delighted. The staff on the first night were less friendly, more accommodating only. Our evening meal was fairly average and we decided to eat at the bar after being ignored in the restaurant for 15 minutes after...

I belong to a Probus Club which has been having lunch once a month in this hotel for many years. I have always thought the hotel provides a good lunch at a fair price though occasionally in the past the food has been variable in quality. However, in recent months under a new manager the hotel has excelled itself with...
