We were moved to this hotel at the last minute and upgraded to all inclusive basis. It's got a nice beach front until it gets dark and the sand flies come out. However the restaurant is distinctly average often involving long queues for food. Bars are OK but the nightly entertainment was tacky poor American Broadway imitation, we cannot understand...

This was the 3rd visit to Cuba. This a fascinating area of Cuba and the all inclusives are close (20 min taxi ride) to the city of Trinidad. It's a tourist town. Wear flats! The cobble stones are challenging I wore low wedges, that was a mistake! Fell and bashed my knees. It has plenty of sites to see and...

Costasur, beautiful small bungalows are the best! very clean and spacious. we were there one week and regretted not taking two. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of there way to help you.You wake up hearing waves crash against the rocks in front of the bungalws that have formed what they call a natural pool.over on the right...

Arrived at the hotel (prebooked and paid through agency) and was welcomed with the most non-welcoming faces we experienced during almost 2 weeks of travelling at Cuba. Was told that we where moved to another hotel and no explanation. No help at all to fix transport and after some discussions, they came with a driver that asked 5 CUC to...

I have mixed feelings about this place, and i would suggest to anyone traveling to Trinidad to stay in a Casa Particular in the town. I had hotel envy for sure. The hotel is fine, in a strange location and isolated. The beach is beautiful, shallow warm water and was full of locals when I went along. People were pleasant...

We stayed there 4 nights at the end of our backpack tour around Cuba and it is alright. The food is always the same, drinks are strong but very sweet (as is everything else somehow). If you want to relax and go for a few snorkeling tours or walks, it's good...however, we were so bored after 2 days by everything...

After 3 weeks of traveling along Cuba we wanted to chill out and relax. We spent our last 4 nights in a bungalow which was big, cleaned every day, close to the sea but still-I hate cockroaches! Hotel staff was so-so,some friendly, some quite arrogant. Food was nightmare. Despite all inclusive we preferred to eat outside. Lunch, dinner, you don't see any difference. Everyday the...

Club Caracol Trinidad Cuba Me and my family with our daughters family spent some days at the beach of Club Caracol Trinidad this year. We can strongly recommend the beach and its peninsula perfect for our grandchildren. Next time we will stay in the nice bungalows close to the beach. If You ever go there, You must visit the little...

Well located hotel next to the beach: bungalows are actually on the beach (we were in number 415). Our bungalow had 3 beds, arranged in two areas/rooms, separated by a half-height door. Food is quite good if you go for the chef station, the soups, the rice, the fruit, the eggs and the drinks. I think the worst part is...

We stayed here for two nights having spent 2 nights in a lovely homestay in Trinidad. The hotel itself is about a 25 minute walk to Playa Ancon itself - which wasn't amazing and the beach at the hotel is nice and private. The hotel itself is an awful concrete construction which follows the theme in this part of Cuba....
