My husband and I stayed at Woodspring Suites from Dec-March. It would be great to see Corporate support this staff a little more because they try to accommodate the guests on certain issues but their hands are tied by the big guys. Giving the front line more control over customer service would be immeasurable with longer extended stays and return customers. Yes it may increase some expenditures up front, but instant gratification to a customer creates long term revenue for you, as well as increases positive reviews which may be the deciding factor between here and Comfort Inn across the street. Some times it's the little things that go a long way. You have an outstanding team at this location and they should be trusted more with making certain decisions that affect these demographics. With that said, I would like to specifically mention Bert Boyd who is a front desk clerk here. He is friendly, efficient and professional. I always felt more comfortable when he was working because he was quick to ensure the safety of his patrons and always addressed issues accordingly! He deserves a raise! Over all, it wasn't as bad as I expected!

Stayed here for my Lagoon park trip. Price was reasonable compared to other motels/hotels closer to Salt Lake and Farmington. $64 per night which was good compared to $80 to $100 elsewhere. Ogden is a bout 20 miles from Farmington and Lagoon amusement park. An easy interstate drive away. This property is an extended stay hotel. So you will get people probably living here temporarily. The clerk at the front desk said there were many guests staying in town for work, so they were busy. Not the best part of town, this seemed like an industrial area. Not many food options nearby except a McDonalds and a small mexican joint.
Rooms come with a full size fridge and microwave and a small stove. They have a laundry room and several vending machines by the lobby. They have an elevator and all rooms are interior hallways.

Our room was immaculate. Didn't look in fridge, however stove and microwave were spotless. Had no problems at check in. Overheard a phone conversation - apparently there was an issue with the person's room. Caller was immediately given a different room.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I feel I have to speak up for future customers at this location. If you have any problems or issues needing addressing, do NOT go to the manager Courtney. She not only is unprofessional in her appearance, but she provides no customer service to speak of. When requesting a new key for my room because mine had stopped working, I was treated like a burden for interrupting her daydreaming at the front desk. She was very rude and dismissive to me when I told her that I also needed a second blanket for my room, as I get cold at night. Her response was simply to use the heater they provide (which didn’t heat very well at all). The two gentlemen who worked the night shifts were the only ones to offer me any assistance at all. They were more than willing to give me an extra blanket and said they would also have someone look at the heater in my room. They were the only saving grace in an otherwise unimpressive staff. If I was in HR for this company, I would take a serious look at the people that are working, because this manager is the opposite of who I would want greeting my customers and representing the company. She needs to either be reassigned or let go of all together, as she is the reason I will not be having a second stay here.

This has to be the absolute worst hotel that I have ever had to deal with. We have a company and are at hotels often. Never have we had this kind of experience. I communicated with the manager via phone and email. All of which is ignored. One of my employees went 5 weeks without the hotel cleaning their room. They never change linens or replace towels. They asked us to change our own bedding. They went into another employees room and threw away all his belongings. He had a reservation and it was paid but the manager said it looked like he left so they threw away what was in there and checked him out. They never offered to replace any of the items (toiletries, non perishable food, food, cooler, etc.) The manager Courtney is the most unprofessional individual that I have had to to deal with. When I asked to speak to the owner she gave me a fake number. All the employees are undoubtedly on drugs!!! They will sit behind the window at the counter and ignore any person that needs help. Think twice before staying at this hotel. It will be a waste of money and you will regret it afterwards.

It's better than staying in your car, but barely. I've stayed in extended stay before, but this one is horrible. Rooms are stripped care bones, the wiring is whacked. You have to turn on the master switch for the other lights to work.... That's just plain bull. You get 2 towels so if you girl has long hair you're not drying yourself off. Seriously next time I'll gladly spend $20 more and her an actual hotel...
Desk clerk really doesn't like his job... It shows, he can't even hide it.

I checked in while waiting to close on my home. Through my stay I have never been treated so poorly if you don't pay at 11 they come to your room if your on the phone at the desk they yell at you they come to your door to do this as well i have never had a hotel come to my personal door to yell at you for being on the phone manager is on a power trip and has no respect i drive for a living and hardly there yet today we were yelled at for my wife and i constantly fighting how can this be when im not there. When i have been home there is a couple that fights in the hall plays loud music yet instead of asking the manager thinks its is and tells my wife and my two little babies to get out. Reserved room for 6 nights —even with discounts cost was $500 (with tax around $82 a night). Was very disappointed with room at first sight, very beat up and just smelled awful. Upon unpacking noticed the dresser chores were very dirty, crumbs and trash in them. Kitchen chore full of random stuff left behind from previous guest. Walls, stove etc. all dirty…worried that the sheets were not changed but appeared clean😬🤨 Honestly wish I stayed at motel 6, didn’t have to pay for more towels and tv was way bigger and could just eat out with saved money….west haven/ Ogden location booked April 1-April 7

Had the worse experience with my family while visiting family in Ogden. The manager was horrible and entirely unprofessional. She didn’t help with any of our needs. Our room was dirty and she wouldn’t let us switch rooms when I went Online there was rooms still available when I told Her she got an attitude and said she knows her job and what rooms she has available and that she had no housekeeper on duty. It was just an overall horrible experience never stayed in such a run down hotel before. But this manager didn’t make up for anything and her unprofessional attire does not make the face or your hotel approachable. You do get what you pay for. Never stay again

The General Manager had my car towed halfway through my stay because the month decal on my license plate had fallen off. At first she lied about calling the tow company and then lied about company policy to justify it. Apparently she does this often and even the towing company thinks she is ridiculous. I'm not sure what her name is, but she is definitely a Karen.
Also, several of the entrances are broken and can't be opened with a key card. There were also some kind of mites or something that you can feel crawling all over you in the bed.
