This place was wonderfully located near the Mississippi River and you had a good view of the large bridge, spanning the west channel, and a barge may go by from time to time! We had a good sleep in a comfortable four poster bed in the Sarah Room. It is in walking distance from Marquette Cafe & Bar and a... More

Marquette is a quaint little town nestled between the bluffs and the Mississippi River. We went to the Eagle's Landing Winery and stayed here at the B & B. The room was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing that was a huge disappointment was the train track that was 15' from the... More

My husband and I have stayed here two times and each time brought another couple also. We had the two rooms on the main floor of the house. The hosts are just wonderful and the rooms are fine - beautiful view and very relaxing stay. If you are a person that does not like being in someone's home and seeing... More

1st of all the owners are wonderful people and when we shared our discomfort with the following situation they were completely understanding. I reserved a room in advance and Connie provided excellent customer service. When we arrived for our room we were taken to the loft which was open to the living area below separated only by a railing. In... More

A group of five girls stayed at the B & B for a ladies' weekend getaway and absolutely enjoyed our experience. We stayed in the two rooms on the ground floor of the main house. I appreciated Roger and Connie's hospitality and willingness to accommodate. Here is my list: Compliments: Wonderful hosts - great location (near the Effigy Mounds, Prairie... More

My husband and I stayed here on a motorcycle trip to the Mississippi River. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck after dark facing the river watching barges go up the river with their lights on. Very peaceful and quiet. Room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. Big bathroom with lots of extras. Breakfast in the morning included... More

We found this B&B as we planned our Great River Road trip. Roger and Connie were charming hosts. Our room was spacious with a fabulous deck overlooking the mighty Mississippi. The room was stocked with a bottle of our choice of wine from their winery. We enjoyed a visit to the tasting room and Roger's wine conversation. The wine was... More

My wife & I in May 2012 took a two-week trip from Chicago to Milwaukee to Madison to Spring Green, etc. & then we had the great pleasure of staying at the Eagles Landing for two nights. Roger & Connie, I apologize for not writing about this sooner. You could not have been more natural, cordial hosts. It really felt... More

The B&B was in a wonderful location right on the river. The inn keepers were very kind and accomodating. We joked it felt like we were staying at mom and dad's house. The exterior areas could use some attention and an overall decluttering would make a world of diffference. The space we occupied however was very clean and comfortable.
