The property is as described and the family hosting the property go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. This was perfect for me and my family. We had space for our 9 week old son and we were not too worried about any noise he might make throughout the night. We would certainly visit...

This is my second visit to this lovely place. Myself and my partner had a great time and yet again we were made to feel welcome within the family as well as having some nice alone time. I was lucky enough to have Aiden (their little boy) play 'Happy Birthday' on his keyboard for me and we shared cake and...

This place is fantastic. A great location, about 5 minutes from the town centre. The house is divided into two, with a private back door for entry as you please, spacious bedrooms and a large living room. The house is very nice and modern, and it was spotless when we arrived. Michelle was very welcoming, despite us being 4 lads...

Thank you Edward, very kind. You are right, this was our first time that we have had four lads staying, but I would happily do it again as I must say you left everything so tidy when you left, you are very welcome anytime. Glad you had a nice time.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write me a lovely review. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with you, would say see you next year but there isn't going to be a Waddington Air Show unfortunately. Never mind, hope to see you again some time, take care.

Staying at Corner Oak is like being at home except it is the type of home that you wished you had! Beautiful accommodation in a stunning location. The bedrooms are large and so so comfortable. Thanks for writing us a review. It was nice to see you both enjoying the woods and walk's to Doddington as often when our visitors stay one night it is impossible to do this. I stand by my guns that it is a nature lovers heaven here, especially in spring or summer when the garden is lush.

We just spent one night, but were made so welcome that we wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was top quality and we can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Lovely chocolate cakes waiting for us when we arrived, and there was unlimited tea and coffee at all times. There was a huge continental-style breakfast and everything was really fresh....

Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. The family was friendly and welcoming but we still had our own space with the private living room. My plan was to find somewhere quiet to get away from things back home and this exceeded my expectations. It was everything I wanted plus more. The main bedroom has a crazy-comfy bed, it's...

Wow Joel, that was a great review you gave us, I'm still preening my feathers here!!! So glad you had everything that you needed, it is so vital to me to make sure that guests feel like they are in a real home, not a sterile bedsit. I like to make people feel as though they are part of the...

I actually used this B&B whilst on business in Lincoln. It was about the same price as hotels in the area but this was a home from home. Terrific breakfast and I had some evening meals with the family. I went for a couple of runs around Skellingthorpe Wood too which is an ancient remnant of Sherwood Forest. Most importantly...
