My husband and 10 year old daughter and I recently stayed at The Lily for a few days during a trip to the Stirling Ranges. We were absolutely staggered something so good could be located somewhere so far out of the way and I would rate it as one of the best self-catering accommodations I have stayed in. We stayed...

After a tough hike to the Bluff Knoll summit with my 7yr old son, it was a well deserved experience for us both to stay at the Lily Dutch Windmill, sleeping in the Dakota, a 1944 Military transport aircraft! So comfortable, so cosy and so unique! Sadly only staying the one night, we opted for dinner and a breakfast basket...

After camping and roadtripping for a couple of weeks on our honeymoon, it was drawing to an end and we decided a little bit of luxury was in order. As the stirling ranges were next on our go to list, hubby looked online and found this place. Im so glad he did We stayed in the dutch house. Hennie and...

Do stay here - it's just beautiful! The windmill looks incredible against the backdrop of the Stirling Ranges (just 20min or so drive away), and our accommodation (the Winery Quarters) was very comfortable with lovely Dutch touches. It’s like staying in someone’s home. Plenty of books, magazines, dvds to relax with – next time I’d like to stay longer! The...

The best place for relaxing and keeping your mind off the stressful life. Everything you need is available in the house just like your own home. Games, movie CD, soft music, cooking stuffs... you name it, you gets it. The kind owners catered to our special arrangement to arrive at the place late at night. Placed some food in case...

This was a wonderful stay. The accommodation was self-catering with good facilities but we opted for an evening meal and breakfast basket. The evening meal was fabulous and I ended up asking for details of the recipes but the breakfast basket was equally good. I have obviously had home baked bread at hotels before but never made with spelt that...

This is such a charming place to stay, full of warmth and character. We stayed in the winery which was lovely and spacious and rather like something from Wind in the Willows! Hennie's cooking is some of the best we had whilst in Australia and the home made spelt bread was amazing. it is great value for money and so...

We stayed for 4 nights 28 to 31 Aug 2014 (pay for 3 nights get 4th free, August special) it was fantastic. The Winery Quarters was warm and cosy and had a cottage feel to it. Very clean and full of essentials, in the kitchen and bathroom. Great location and very close for Bluff Knoll etc. Hennie and Pleun are...

We tried to book the Dutch House, but someone had beaten us to it, so we stayed in the Winery Quarters, which was very comfortable, the log fire at night heated the whole place up to make it very warm and cosy. We did a lot of walking so didn't need any rocking to get to sleep, but the beds...
