The lady working the front desk checked us in but needed to be prompted for the basic information (where to park, how to get to our rooms, what the hotel offers and the hours, etc.). We found our rooms and everything seemed as it should be. Then I called down to the front desk and asked when the hotel bar...

A family owned motel that is very well maintained. The room was very comfortable, nice sized and with fresh linens. The lounge is charming with the neatest big stuffed bear! It was a Wednesday night which meant free tacos! Staff are so caring! There is even a minature golf course! Also a great back patio! You won't be disappointed!

My sister came to visit me in Baldwin City. We compared prices to Lawrence hotels and this was less expensive and much nicer. Clean, comfortable and friendly employes! Great coffee and cinnamon rolls in the morning. A Bar with specials in the evening for adults and miniature golf for the kids.

Room was clean and A/C wonderful (it was over 104º outside while we were there). Had fun with the grandkids on the mini golf course and all the staff was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in Baldwin City!

Just came for one night, but we found the rooms very clear (not always the case), a good value, and staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit shop worn, but more than adequate. Would stay there again

Great place, great people. I booked a pheasant hunting (preserve hunt) at Eckman's preserve. Followed a link from his site to Baldwin Lodge and could not be happier with the people and the stay. Can't say enough about them and the care and accommodating manner in which they run their business.

The rooms was nice. But front desk loved to gossip about Shauna surls and her oldest son. Got tired of hearing about it daily from Janna. Housekeeping drank my Pepsi in the fridge by the time I could get it from changing to another room. Stacey is super friendly. I would only stay there a day of two at the...

My husband and I stayed for four nights in June and absolutely love this lodge. This was our second trip to visit relatives in the area and our second stay at this wonderful place. We stayed in the Baker University Suite which is akin to a studio apartment. A full kitchen and full sized refrigerator, dining table, king bed, sofa,...

We stayed 2 nights on our way back to michigan. We had a great stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, free mini golf, cinnamon rolls and coffee in the morning, and a cozy lounge with cheap drinks. We will be back!

We were apprehensive as it is the only place in town to stay. It is a basic motel but it was clean and the people were friendly and the beds were nice. Mini golf was free for the kids and they had fun. There was a slight smell to the room hard to tell if it was musty or lingering...
