Rooms are dated, but visiting is a must. The pools are great, just ensure your family is prepared to share with elderly patrons; and rightly so. Due to the condensation the rooms feel damp, but that should be expected with the pools and the climate of the region. Lounge is really part of the restaurant, so do not be surprised...

The beach area is nice although disappearing because of rising water. The hotel is nice enough, the rooms are clean. Disappointing service though. Room was not cleaned first day there and not cleaned until after 6pm the second day despite several calls to front desk.

This out of the way spa was a pleasant surprise. We booked a family get together and they did a beautiful job accommodating us. The restaurant, spa, and pool were all wonderful. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

A highly recommended spot for a nice family (or romantic) getaway. The lake is super salty, making one float easier, although the water is cold. Small beach where young children can build sand castles, or volcanos and pour water down they slopes. Hot food is available on the beach (burgers and such) although we did not try it. The hotel...

Very average hotel. Older rooms, clean, service staff seemed slow and unhappy. Food was expensive with mediocre taste. Mineral pools were clean and nice to float in. Free breakfast was average with slow confused servers.

Booked a hotel room in April for a trip in August. Specifically asked for a pet-friendly room with 2 beds as there are 3 of us and a dog. When we checked in, we were given a room with 1 bed. It was dirty and old, the bedspread was filthy, the fleece blanket was paper-thin with hair stuck to it....

I had been there once over 20 years ago and thought I would check it out. It was actually quite interesting. It is not much to look at from the outside, but the room had been redone and was quite comfortable. The pool facility was amazing - when I had went ages ago I remember the water being brown but...

Visited with my mother for a 5 night stay check in was smooth and front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Rooms could have been cleaner and we had to ask for service more than once during our stay as essentials were missed. We ate 3 times in the main dining room for supper...
