Do not stay in this hotel until it is renovated. It is old, dated and does not live up to the usual Hampton standards. The fixtures are falling apart, the lobby is cramped and the walls in the rooms are unpainted and dirty. Besides that, the rates are sky high.

Sales staff were a great help in planning and assisting in getting the needed 23 rooms for two nights. Rooms were ready and group check in was remarkably easy and efficient. The first that makes me feel comfortable at a Hotel is Service. One of the front desk clerk is very rude and seems to get bothered when you ask him questions. Second, they need to get pest control in there......I was having breakfast one day, when a large spider walked across to have breakfast with me. Then for the kicker;...

The main issue with my stay was the A/C Unit. It would not remove moisture out of the air and constantly blew. I set the thermostat higher to cut the A/C off and it started blowing warm air. It was a very unpleasant experience with the A/C.

It's been many years since I stayed in this hotel. I was disappointed as I loved staying at Hampton Inns. The check in process was slow as there was only one person behind the desk. Good Location. Convenient to Interstate, and multiple choices of restaurants. Courteous staff, excellent facilities.We visited the Ark, and Creation Museum; hotel was between the two. Staff very accommodating.

One plus is that there are lots of good restaurants around. We found a potato bug in our bathroom, and there's not much counter space on the sink. The outdoor pool was very cold for July. It's close to the airport and I75.

Like the location, near shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and staff were friendly. What we did not like was, there was no ceramic ware, we ate with paper plates. We have a microwave in the room, but no plates to heat up our food. Also, towel was rough. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Was disappointed in this Hampton. I have stayed in numerous Hampton's and this was one of the worst. The first room wasn't very clean at all. We moved to a second room and it was better but still a few issues. Had problems with the refrigerator and AC. Nice staff and good breakfast. Also a billing error that needed resolved.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. It is an older hotel and the rooms and showers show it. There were areas in the room where the paint was patched and messy and the shower was quite old. It was all very clean though.
