This smaller hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It has recently been updated, so everything is clean and neat. The pool is small, but the temperature was enjoyable. Breakfast was your typical complimentary breakfast. Loved the additional toppings for yogurt, oatmeal, and waffles. Flavored coffee creamer would have been a bonus, but we hit up Starbucks across the road. This hotel has a really nice water bottle filling station in the fitness center. We stayed in a king suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. The shower has shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in it. The hotels location is closed to restaurants and shopping as well. We will definitely stay here on the future.

Nice clean, quiet, convenient location. I appreciated that the breakfast service area was cordoned off with heavy, plastic curtains with a server inside to serve the breakfast items rather than guests being allowed free reign during the Covid debacle.
One minor issue is that the night mgr was apparently new to the position and could only find one if our confirmed room reservations made through Hotel. com. They had plenty of rooms and the issue of the discounted rate was resolved with the General Manager at checkout the next morning.
Kudos to Ms. Ann on the night desk who personally saw to it that I had my nightly glass of milk by conducting a raid on the kitchen. 😊
I'll stay here again when planning my next trip to the area.

I stayed here for work in November. I really enjoyed the kind attention and efficient way the front desk staff dealt with my numerous queries.
The room was spacious and I had room to work and sleep in a comfortable bed. The bathroom whilst not that modern was clean and did the job. The air conditioning/ heating worker but was a trifle noisy.
Onsite breakfast was as expected and the room had a small fridge and microwave.
Location of the hotel is good, with a grocery store / various shops only a short walk or ride away.
Taxis are best booked in advance as they seem to be very busy. Good for them!
I will use this hotel again should my business require it, no question.

Our truck broke down outside of Frankfort so we reserved a room at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Frankfort, KY while our vehicle was being repaired. Upon check-in, we were told that their elevator was not working so we would have to use the stairs (and multiple trips up & down) to haul our luggage to the room. Once in the room, we took drinks from our cooler intending to keep them in our room's refrigerator, but their refrigerator was turned off and wasn't ready to be used until it had been turned on and taken a while too cool off. The next morning we found the water to the room (for showering, toilet and sink) had been turned off due to plumbing issues. As our truck would not be repaired until 5pm the next day, we asked for a late check-out so that we would have access to our bathroom and wouldn't have to check our luggage in the lobby. We were denied a late check-out despite the fact that my wife is a Marriott Silver Elite Lifetime Rewards member and this was not a request made on a weekend when there's a high demand for rooms. This property also has no curtesy van, so we had to find a ride to get from the auto repair shop to the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t ask for more. Hotel was under going some renovations but we couldn’t tell. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping and morning breakfast are so kind. Great crew! Front desk even suggested a couple local restaurants and mentioned if we showed our key at Cattlemen’s we may get a discount (and we did) One thing I especially liked was the bright hallways. Only downside was the pillows were so hard. We asked for feather pillows and they couldn’t find any. Luckily our son was driving up later so we asked him to bring a couple. I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was awesome, excellent and very professional especially Deck. The reservation was at a last minute, but the staff was on it and made sure our stay was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was cooked, very tasty and especially the coffee which was awesome. Upon check out the front desk staff helped us with obtaining ice and making sure we had everything before check out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean and quiet atmosphere and excellent breakfast.

This is a very pleasant Fairfield Inn. It felt fresh and mostly updated. The desk staff was quite friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was on the better side for a Fairfield breakfast buffet.
This hotel is very conveniently located to tour the major distilleries in the area. Unfortunately it is located very close to I-64. From our room we heard a lot of road noise all night long. I don’t know if there is a “quiet side” of the hotel, but in the future I would ask for a room as sheltered from the highway as possible.

Stayed here for a weekend with friends while visiting some distilleries in the local area. The front desk staff were excellent- the breakfast staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel overall is in a great location and the staff as stated are great! I highly recommend this hotel if in the area.

This hotel had ready good reviews so we booked it for an overnight stay. Upon arrival we noticed a strong odor in the lobby but did go ahead and checked in. After check in and going to our room we continued to notice a strong odor of mold. The employees here were great and allowed us to cancel our reservation and returned our money. This hotel needs a serious update and deep cleaning.

When we checked in we was greeted by the front desk lady her name is Karen. She has to be one of the nicest lady I’ve ever met She was so polite and helpful with all our needs. We’ve stayed at many Hotels by Marriott but she was the kindest by far.!

I did not see anyone working, or signs of anyone working, in March when I was there. The interior just is worn down.
Check the Marriott website or call and they will tell you if it is or not. If they say it isn't, then I would be wary.
