Decent place for the money. The room had a weird smell, like too much deodorizer to cover something up. Beds were comfy. Good price. Owners were apparently still paranoid about covid with plastic partitions and masking rules (not enforced) at the front desk.

I stayed here just last night with my little boy. I had a plumbing emergency late last night so my water supply had to be shut off completely. I needed somewhere to go with my son and knew I could probably call Bluegrass inn and get a room because i have stayed here a few times before while having prepares done. I called and got a room no problem. The owner was so nice he got me checked right in and the room had everything we needed and it was clean and bed was comfortable as usual so were the pillows. This morning I checked out and the lady at the front was so sweet and helpful with getting our Breakfast. It's a quiet area and there's no craziness going on and it's really close to all the stores and restaurants and gas stations that stay open late or all night. I definitely recommend Bluegrass inn!

Stayed two nights with my husband and dog. The facility is old, room was small but very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Very good for a budget motel, but a few suggestions include 1) towel bars needed at the sink area, there were none. 2) Bed covers could have been more substantial (this is January and it’s cold), 3) Couldn’t adjust room heat, it blew very hot for such a small room so we had to wake up and turn it off, which made the room very cold.
Again, this is a very old budget motel and I imagine the owners are, especially in these Covid times, struggling to stay open, so if you’re only going to stay a night or two and are on a budget, I recommend, with reservations (pun intended!).

This is a small non-chain hotel where I was a walk-in (no reservation) and was given a first floor room near my car for a very reasonable price, as advertised. The facility is older, but very clean and everything is provided. This place seems to be favored by older people and some truckers. The place pretty-well filled up in a Sunday night. It was very comfortable and quiet, definitely a place to come back to. It is located on Rte 60 which can be very congested so getting in and out of Bluegrass takes some patience.

Old roadside motel updated. No frills, but is clean and comfortable. Family-run. Good shower. Close to restaurants and other stores. The city's Bradley Park is about 9 min drive away with pretty well-kept walking areas and enclosed dog park. Would stay here again.

Very tiny room with old and dirty carpet. There is no separate breakfast room. Three tiny tables with chairs are placed crowded right at the front desk. The guy sitting in our next table was sneezing and coughing and there is no way we could sit and have breakfast there. We just stayed overnight and vacated very early in the morning to get out of that place as quickly as we could. The actual property is nothing like the pictures shown. Better to pay a bit more and stay in a more decent hotel.

Price was best in the area. I was nervous booking with an unknown hotel, it was better than I had expected. The room was very clean. The check in host at night was super friendly. The breakfast was a bit small but still served a purpose, they even kept it open later than stated. If I was coming through this area again I would stay here in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay at the Bluegrass Inn. The price is reasonable,, the staff is excellent, the rooms are very clean and everything works. It's a great place for a stopover or a few days stay.
The inn is in a great location.. just off of I 64, it is close to many distilleries, as well as Louisville and Lexington. Food and shopping nearby as well.
If you are traveling through Kentucky, I highly recommend a stay at the Bluegrass Inn.

Stayed here while our power was out for three nights. Not a single complaint. Rooms were clean and have been updated since last time we stayed there years ago. Fridge and microwave in the room for snacks and drinks. Office staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the lady that helped me our first night checking in at midnight cause I had just gotten off work and found out we still didn’t have power. Shower and bathtub were nice, clean, and worked properly. Heat and ac worked well (Frankfort weather is crazy, we ended up needing both). Can’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful stay everything was nice and clean very quiet and pleasant . Glad we chose this place. Price was very reasonable. Pool area was very lit up and outside lights were bright so you can see the parking lot . A safe place to sit out and enjoy the weather. We will be back.
