Not a bad hotel. A bit dated room has both inside and outside doors Sleep was very good as was breakfast. Kiddos to the breakfast guy did a good job eggs tasted fresh. Hotel offers conference rooms but didn’t appear to have an elevator although has a second floor

During this visit I stayed at a Marriott and a Hyatt and this hotel was better than both put together. It is extremely clean and comfortable, The breakfast was plentiful and the location is great if you are on a bourbon tour!

We arrived late due to traveling. Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was so friendly. The room was quite large so we were very pleased with that. We got a handicap room so the shower was walk in large with a curtain. It was nice to have a larger bathroom. Everything was so clean! The bed was firm and comfortable. The couch was okay with a pillow behind the back. Coffee table. So nice to have a large sink outside of the bathroom. The TV stations options was pretty good and simple to use. It was nice to be at the back so it was darker without having bright street lights coming in the window. There was two door entrance into the room. One from the outside where you park close to the room and the other entrance into the hall. We did not have much of a walk to go breakfast in the morning. Very large selection of hot eggs, sausage, bacon that was cooked to perfection, biscuits and sausage gravy. Pancakes that we did not have and plenty of other non hot options. NO elevator so we were thankful to be on first floor. You could hear when someone else was taking a shower but not an issue. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The inside look very nice with sitting areas. It is close to the highway but not noisy. Probably the best room in all of our travels. A/C worked just fine. Stayed in room 12.

I live here in town and own Tingle Travel Agency. I wanted to bring my brother from Paducah here to town and put him up in the BEST hotel, close to me, on the East side of Frankfort. BWestern and their staff didn't disappoint! We enjoyed hanging out together at the expansive Indoor/Outdoor pool. Also, my bro, sis in law and dad loved the hot breakfast, make your own pancakes, coffee, and so much more! But, the staff was the MOST amazing part ~ they were super accommodating and attentive! I will certainly be recommending to ALL of my Clients staying in Frankfort that they stay here!
Also, need a Conference Room (local people)? They have a room upstairs that seats 80 theatre style, or 50 or so with rounds at a reasonable price! Consider this for your small Corporate Events!

My family and I stayed the night at this hotel and arrived late in the evening and left in the morning as we used this hotel to break up our trip. We were very nervous about the 2.5 star rating but figured it was only for a few hours so we should just give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff at night was great and the morning the woman at the front desk was very helpful and in a great mood which started our day off great! My daughter left her pillow in the room after we had checked out and the woman at the front remembered which room we were in and got us a new key immediately. The breakfast wasn't bad either! We assumed we would eat a little there and grab something else but we didn't have to because there was enough food for everyone. The pool was open until 11pm too and that was great.

This is an older establishment but very well maintained and cleaned. It's obvious that the staff there takes pride in their jobs.
Todd, the manager, and Samantha at the desk were extremely helpful and patient in answering questions. We appreciated the personal service.
First floor rooms have an exterior door to the parking area. You don't have to schlep your luggage through the lobby. You literally park a few feet from your room. The room also has an interior door to allow guests access to the morning breakfast, pool and workout room.

While on a road trip, we stayed a Saturday night. Reception was very busy checking in people. I’m reviewing room 101. The 1st floor has an exterior door, motel style parking. And an interior door to access breakfast, pool, reception. Two floors, no elevator. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain was a bit small, no hardship to me, but housekeeping might appreciate a larger one to prevent a wet floor. Indoor and outdoor pools, good tv channels including Cinemax and HBO.

Very clean property with friendly, welcoming & attentive staff. Huge king suite & it was amazingly quiet for facing I-64. Some updates so not terribly out of date. Bedding pristine & a check of the mattress indicated fairly newer, and CLEAN. Bathroom def needs brighter lighting but again, CLEAN. Close to lobby, breakfast & parking. Do yourself a favor and request room 150 for a spacious room that would easily accommodate 4-6 folks, depending on age/privacy needs, etc. It feels like a private room as neither side adjoins another. The food prep for breakfast may sneak in around 6am, hey it's like a gentle sausage bacon alarm ;-)

This hotel is in a great location just off I-64, making Interstate access very easy when leaving the parking lot.
The rooms themselves are large and comfortable. My ground floor room had two doors: one which opened to the parking lot and one which opened to an interior hallway of the hotel. Since there were a few thunderstorms during my stay, having indoor hallway access to the breakfast room and lobby was appreciated, while having a door that allowed me to quickly unload/load my luggage from the car was also welcome.
The hotel uses DirectTV, so the thunderstorms during my stay disrupted the signal for a couple of hours. However, the Internet continued to work.
The only faults I had were minor. Upon entering the room from the "parking lot" door, the room was very dark and flipping the light switch inside the door didn't seem to turn on any lights. I had to open the curtains a bit to find the lamps, then make my way to them to turn on the lights. The electrical outlets near the sink didn't seem to work when I plugged in my shaver or the iron.
Overall, this was a good overnight stay (especially given the thunderstorm and pandemic) and I'd stay here again.
