rude hot awful We had service dogs. Showed their jackets and certificates at time of check in. We were not advised that we would be charged for the dogs, until we checked out. The male manager actually shook his finger in my face and yelled at me! Yes in a very loud voice, I was shocked! In addition my friend...

Nice log lodge with 21 units. We had a king room on the main floor which was very comfortable and quiet. There were many cabins out back but mostly warmer weather accommodations. The lake was frozen and a hockey rink was there. Great for skating but did not have skates. Apparently they had tracks for skiing but we didn't ski...

Stayed here for New Years 2017. Pet room was clean and well maintained. They accommodated our special meal requests and the dinner on New Year's Eve was really delicious. A lot of effort went into making the weekend special for all the guests. The hot springs is half an hour down the road and was a nice family activity to...

Had an excellent night at the lodge. My fiancée and I enjoyed an excellent dinner and a fantastic breakfast. The lodge provided a perfect place to spend the night after an amazing soak in Liard hot springs!

Imagine...arriving completely exhausted at midnight on a bitterly cold night of 25C below after driving 12 hours; and the hotel is locked and no one comes to answer the door! After knocking for an hour, I was forced to stay in my freezing cold car until the lodge opened in the morning. According to the owner, checking in after 10pm...

The lodge and rooms are wonderful despite lacking a coffee maker. The beds are comfortable. The meals are not great. The food is pricey. The sauna is not set up with products to heat. I've stayed twice. You can gas up.

Elaborate inclusive lodge with all the bells and whistles. Prices are pretty high for gas, food, and lodging. Though it's in the middle of no-where prices you are still going to get top notch service. Fantastic views and wonderful people that work there! Couldn't be more pleased with our room, very nice.

Booked online and called to make sure they got my note saying I would not be able to check in until after 10pm. Put me on hold with kids yelling in the background then was told there was no way for me to do that. Canceled my reservation after booking it 15 minutes prior and they still took 20%.

We drove this summer with a pickup truck, a 20 ft enclosed trailer, three kids ages 4-7 and a black lab from Alaska to Virginia. The lodge at Muncho Lake was our best accommodations along the way. No issue parking the trailer, kid friendly space and beautiful views since it sits right on the lake with the mountains right there...

We were passing through on a trip from Alaska to Lower 48 and stopped for the night. Scenery is quite beautiful and seems like a great location for a vacation. The lodge is impressive but found the rooms a little worn out and the restaurant is trying way, way too hard to be fine dining - I believe a less...
