Our goal was to relax, spend time together, walk the beautiful hills of Kentucky, sit by a tranquil pond, sip wine we brought from our favorite vineyard, partake of delicious southern cuisine, listen to beautiful music, rock in chairs on the porch nearly all night long, watch the sun set and gaze at the moon and stars. Mission was accomplished... More

This is a place for reading, walking, listening to music, playing cards and games, and eating delicious, healthy meals. The lovely silence during our walk around the property was broken only by a woodpecker busy in the surrounding trees. Since we were a group of four adults, instead of booking a room in the main house, we stayed in a... More

We had a the room at the back of the home which had a second story porch stretching across the end of the house. Though a little less private, the scenic vista was breathtaking. Our... More

First of all, the innkeeper, Barbara, was a wonderful hostess. She was delightful, funny, smart, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The entire facility was very, very clean and the service was exceptional. Her employees were equally delightful and very service minded. The food was wonderful and healthy. We liked it so much that we have booked another two nights... More

We decided to try this B&B we had heard a lot about..... The nearest town is Irvine; a scary little place that reminds you of a scene from Deliverance, this was a bad first... More
