I love the size of the rooms here. I would say the bathrooms are a bit small and I would replace the tub with a stand-alone shower. our stay was very quiet, and staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I also enjoyed that there were several eateries nearby for convenience.

The hotel was clean, although the 1st room's AC didn't work well. We checked in at about 12:25am on 9/3/23. Were out at 11:15am. We are in hilton honors and are both Navy retirees. We were charged 140+ for one night and an additional $75 for our dog. For a pet-friendly hotel, I felt the charge was way too much and it was non-refundable. Our dog is in the first stages of service dog training and is very well behaved. This is not what we expected as Hilton Honors members. We've stayed multiple times in Jacksonville, FL. This experience was a thorough disappointment! As we are members of several other hotels, we'll have to think twice about staying at another Hilton anywhere near Jeffersontown.

I went to the gym. My digital key would not work. I went to the desk and explained that my digital key would not work and the woman behind the desk said yes I don’t know why that never works. The pool is closed due to a leak. I then went to dinner to grab a salad sat in the dining room. My food was delivered to me in a to go box even though I was sitting in the dining room my waitress said oh I told the chef that you were dining in, but they still put it in it to go boxin Styrofoam container box for a salad

I prepaid for our stay. They started to charge me when I checked in, so I showed them my receipt that it was paid for. The room was clean. I often stay at a Hilton, but this was the worst bed and pillows were awful! The bed was hard, and the pillows were flat. So then about 2 AM, I received a text from my CC company stating Hilton charged my card for the room that I had already paid for! I went to the desk in the AM and was told that I had to wait for the manager who was in about 10 AM. I had a seminar to attend but went to the front desk when I returned about 3 PM. They blew me off and acted like the manager was not there, but he was given my information. I found out later, he was there and they did not tell me. I called Hilton Corp. They were very nice and could see I paid but said I would need to go to the front desk and speak with the manager. I also called my CC company who also could not help me. After numerous stops at the front desk and being blown off each time, I finally spoke to the manager that told me he was sorry and would speak with his employees. I was to get a free breakfast and take care of the charge right away. I took advantage of the free breakfast the day I checked out. I told them to check the account because the manager said he would note the account that breakfast was free. I checked my CC later and found they charged me for the breakfast as well. Bottom line everything is still on my CC. I will never stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again! Untrained staff that does not care about their customers, hard beds and flat pillows.

I’m staying here currently on travel for work (government rate) and their breakfast is NOT included for anyone staying at the hotel. I don’t see how you expect to have travelers and not supply them with some sort of free breakfast, a common amenity at most (but apparently not all) hotels. The fitness center door was broken and couldn’t be accessed, lights were out in my room, and staff was not friendly. Very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend.

The beds in this Hilton Garden Inn are much taller than in other Gardens Inns where I stay. I'm guessing they are 36-40 inches tall. With a bed that is higher than my waist, it was impossible for me to get into bed. When I inquired about a step stool, they acted incredulous that anyone would have this problem. I am only 5 feet tall, but have not experienced this in any other hotel.
The chair in the room was ridiculously tall with a very deep seat. I am sure that above average height travelers would be thrilled with these rooms.
Hilton Garden Inns are my preferred hotel and I hope this style furniture does not become the norm.

I have had good experiences at Hilton Garden Inns and this one was great. The room was spacious with lots of amenities: frig, microwave, & coffeemaker. Everything looked newly refurbished. The hotel was well kept and followed covid guidelines. I think they cater to business travelers because the breakfast was only from 6-9. I wasn’t in a hurry to get up and going so no breakfast for me. Otherwise it was a great place.

Arrived late due to delayed flight, original reservation was cancelled until I arrived then they created new one and gave me two queen beds and not what I reserved and told me it was first come first served. Charged me more than I reserved. Poor quality in the rooms with things broken. Felt like trash at premium price!

Great stay, away from downtown but in a great location just off I-64. Hotel does a great job with social distancing and cleanliness! Management must be involved making sure employee's and guest are following safe practices. Restaurant in hotel was closed, but you can walk to Logan's next door, who was also doing a good job with social distancing. Grab and go breakfast provided included muffin, fruit and yogurt. Onsight store for drinks etc... We choose the snack at check in option which my teenagers appreciated. Room was spacious and clean with comfortable linens. We are on a cross country job relocation and this was one of the best , clean and comfortable stays.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden East in Louisville , Ky. Ms. Jackie was on the front desk she greeted us so lovely when we entered the lobby. Ms. Renee and staff did "such" a wonderful job on the breakfast it was yummy! The bacon was delicious. The young lady who cleaned the rooms daily was so nice and tentative to us. The bartender was very professional ( Ms Harris). The Mgr Justin is very nice and accommodating so that explains why he has surrounded himself with a professional staff. If visting Louisville, Kentucky I recommend you stay at this hotel.

We were on a road trip. Best bet is to call the property. My apologies.
Not sure when it was last renovated. It looked contemporary and furnishings did not seem particularly "tired" but wernnew looking either. It does have a tub shower and the room had a big chair, in addition to the desk chair. The refrigerator made high pitched noise.
