Situated between the A14 east/west route and the Norfolk county boundary just 15 mins from Bury St Edmunds, this b&b is in an ideal position. The three bedrooms are housed in a detached annexe, converted from an outbuilding, and well away from the road. Breakfasts are provided efficiently and promptly by the cheerful Sue who makes an excellent hostess. The...

Thank you for your kind comments. Just a point about the bedrooms in the barn; There are in fact two en-suite rooms and the third room is only used as an extra annexe if required by a larger group of guests.

We thought this was a wonderful B&B. The room we had was large with a huge, very comfortable bed and the bathroom: with shower in the bath, toilet, has all you need. There is even an extra toilet in the hallway. The lounge and kitchen area is really lovely and homely and also well equipped. We were lucky to have...

We stayed at this b&b during December 2012 for my fiance birthday. The owner was very friendly and we were able to help ourselves to tea/coffee etc from the kitchen in the barn. The room was within the barn, it was warm, comfy, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was clean. The bed was very comfy and soft....

Visited this b+b as a last minute booking as had a spare day to explore the area. Was not at all disappointed. Staying in the newly converted barn the quality was exceptional and extremely comfortable. We were hosted wonderfully with superb refreshments available and the most delicious home-cooked breakfast in the morning at a time to suit. Would stay here...

Most of our accommodation is now situated in our beautifully presented barn conversion. The property has a ground floor only with two en-suite bedrooms. There is a communal sitting and dining area where breakfast is also served. Guests are invited to use the adjoining kitchen facilities which comprise fridge, electric cooker and microwave plus utensils, pots and pans and cutlery.
