Detailed Reviews
Once again Ron and Marlene outdid themselves. It starts with the most delicious breakfast and, if you’ve been there before, they have your preferences waiting for you. After this enormous meal you don’t have to worry about finding someplace to eat lunch because you will still be full. The wine and cheese in the afternoon along with sitting down and talking with them, and their knowledge of things to do, is so relaxing and fun. And they aren’t finished yet!!! A delicious dessert in the evening is over the top. Then you get to climb into bed with the softest bedding imaginable. What a fantastic way to spend time during these trying times. They have went the extra mile to ensure your safety during this COVID-19. I never worried for one minute. This is the place to go for a nice getaway.

This was our 6th stay at the Lawrenceburg B&B and it won’t be our last. Marlene and Ron are the perfect, gracious hosts. The B&B is spotless. Our king room, the front room, is very spacious with a large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. We asked on our last visit what sheets they used and bought some for our own home. If you have forgotten any toiletries, there is a basket in the bathroom filled with all kinds of necessities. There is a snack room upstairs with coffee, water, juice, soda and assorted munchies all provided at no additional cost. They go the extra mile to make you feel at home and comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely phenomenal! So delicious! The B&B is located close to several distilleries so a perfect location if you want to visit the bourbon trail. Ron and Marlene are very helpful with providing information about local eateries and events.
We have stayed at many places but this one outshines them all!

The Lawrenceburg B&B is one of the BEST places to stay. The rooms are always neat and tidy, and the breakfasts are absolutely delicious with beautiful presentations. The B&B is right on the Bourbon Trail and only 30 minutes from Lexington. The innkeepers, Marlene and Ron are very friendly and personable. They will make you feel right at home. They are very knowledgeable about the area and events that are happening.

We needed a short getaway from our business, and chose Lawrenceburg Bed & Breakfast as our retreat.
It was absolutely delightful! Our hosts, Ron & Marlene Yung, are the epitome of southern charm and hospitality. Their home, built in the early 1900's, retains its beauty and spaciousness, while providing all of today's amenities.
Breakfasts were delicious and varied; afternoon wine and cheese social with them was delightful, and the nightly dessert was just the perfect touch to end the day.
If you are planning a trip to Kentucky's bourbon country, it would be the highlight of your trip to stay with the Yungs at the Lawrenceburg Bed & Breakfast. Located between breweries and wineries in Lawrenceburg, Versailles, Frankfort, and Bardstown, it is the perfect place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate after a day's activities.
My only concern...we couldn't stay long enough!!!

Couldn’t have selected a better B&B for our first experience! Ron and Marlene have set the standards extremely high!
Breakfast was outstanding, rooms were very comfortable.
We were in the area for Bourbon Trail and location was convenient to many Distilleries. Front porch was cozy at night to have a night cap and chat. Wine and cheese at 5:00 and a dessert waiting for you when you get home. Ron and Marlene were gracious hosts! Have Ron share his Lionel train set up!

Thank you so much! It is always fun to share the B&B experience with "newbies". We try our best to get you out of that hotel rut. The Front Porch is also one of our favorite places. Glad you enjoyed it.

We had a short get away for our honeymoon at the bed and breakfast with Ron and Marlene. They are so welcoming and friendly. They stay up to date on all the local activities and recommend places and activities. The breakfast there is phenomenal. They have wine and cheese every day at 5:00 which was good and thoroughly enjoyable and the desserts were delicious. My husband and I will definitely be going back.

6 of us stayed and all expectations were exceeded. Ron and Marlene are great hosts and were very helpful with recommendations and making our stay comfortable and entertaining. Food was fabulous. Rooms large and accommodating. They thought of everything we would need and then some. If you are going to bourbon and horse country you can't go wrong at this B&B.
