From the minute we checked in, to the time we checked out, this Best Western Lawrenceburg (KY) Inn was a wonderful place to stay while attending a family gathering nearby. The staff was WONDERFUL, and the pool was clean and beautiful! The woman overseeing the breakfast bar, Malinda, made sure we had everything we needed. She even made some extra egg and cheese omelets for us when she saw that the few in the serving dish were older. (We've been vegetarian since 1977, and greatly appreciated this!) She also made sure we had fresh bold coffee available to start our day. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, too! Will definitely stay there when we are back in the area! Everything was great for the location, price, and convivence. Only one annoyance but this is with every hotel.... wish the room door shut/latch was quieter due to some customers seem to not care about their door slamming late at night (i.e. mid-night) or at 4am in the morning when they are leaving. The door slamming wakes you quickly out of a deep sleep. Yes, the King Size bed was that comfortable that I slept that well.
This hotel should be a role model for all of the Other BW hotels. I can't express that enough. We stayed at 3 different BW locations for the first time during this travel. By far this was the best and cleanest hotel. The other 2 in comparison (BW Huntington Mall Inn and the BW Braddock Inn should be embarrassed and frankly shut their doors.) The Lawrenceburg, KY hotel owner and all of the staff should be proud of themselves and their location. They are top notch and this hotel has a rock'n staff. Very upbeat, happy, helpful, proud of what they do every day. Very clean location, rooms, everything. There have nice and CLEAN areas to walk your pet. All customer pet owners picked up after their pets. There was a receptacle for pet waste disposal. Everything worked in our room (TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Hairdryer, etc.). Room décor was very nice and applicable to the areas theme. They provide you with a nice set of towels. Due to COVID just put your towels outside the door and they will be replaced. And they will only come in your room upon your needs/request which is nice. Front desk takes the time to explain everything to you while you stay with them. The staff was great in recommending places to go and see while vacationing in the area.

My fiance and I chose this hotel because it was central to many stops for this area's distilleries on the bourbon trail. It was an excellent location for during the day exploring and the hotel stay exceeded expectations in every way. However, in the evenings there is not really much to do in the area and there are no Ubers/Lyfts if anyone wants to go out for a night on the town. This allowed us to spent our evenings relaxing at the hotel after dinner in the small town but thought I would mention it. The distillery stops took less time than expected so we had an entire afternoon and evening in Downtown Lexington which was great! One thing that we picked this hotel for was the fact that they were pet friendly and at a very reasonable rate. The hotel staff were very tentative and did not bother our room for cleaning throughout the day and gave us fresh towels every morning. We stayed in mid-February and there were only a couple other people staying at the hotel so it was extremely quiet. The free breakfast had all of the necessities and was convenient to get an early start exploring the bourbon trail. We would definitely recommend this location!

We were having a wedding for our daughter in Lawrenceburg at a local venue. There were several friends and family staying here. We all loved it. Rooms were super clean, staff was mega pleasant, breakfast exceeded our expectations. This topped off our weekend as a great success. There is nothing better than arriving to a hotel that not only is what they advertise but better. We can't be more pleased. From our arrival to our departure it was great! I cannot say enough good things abut our stay.

We stayed one night here in Lawrenceburg during a road trip with our dog. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled clean. The desk staff were very friendly. Our room smelled nice and clean, and was in good order. The only mark against this room was that the button to select “constant fan” on the window AC/heater was broken, so the fan remained on auto. We like to run the fan on constant for the white noise and extra air circulation. That is a minor issue, and despite this issue we would stay here again.

Traveling home from Arkansas we routed ourselves through Lawrenceburg in order to miss going through Lexington On our way to WV. When making this trip we usually stay east of Lexington. We discovered the Best Western going through Lawrenceburg. A great stay! It was wonderful to check into a room that smelled like a breath of fresh air. The beds were very comfortable and the whole unit was very clean. The lady checking us in was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was filling. They even made the blueberry waffles for you! Best stay. Will be returning to this motel the next time we make a similar trip.

Everything was amazing - especially the breakfast buffet. Room was clean, bed was fluffy and comfy - staff was friendly. All in all, it was a VERY pleasant experience. My ONLY complaint was the TV remote. They have these new "clean remotes" that are basically flat to make them easy to just wipe off with a Clorox wipe. That's great - but they don't work worth a flip. You have to mash the buttons, wave it around, hollar at the TV, do a dance and summon the Gods just to change a channel. Other than that, it was great.

The hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure we had all the accommodations we needed and allowed us to use the breakfast room in the evenings for our family to gather.

I have stayed here often, because it is a well-kept facility and I like the location: close to Lexington and a variety of distilleries. Staff is friendly and hot breakfast good along with a variety of other items as well. Room was clean and bed comfortable. This is my go-to hotel when in this area.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Staff at front desk was always nice. The lady in the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful. They went to great lengths to keep things clean. There was a hot item for breakfast along with danish and bagels. Each piece of plastic silverware was in its own baggie. Under the circumstances it all worked and we had a nice stay.
