This hotel is old. And that is not a bad thing, when you upkeep an historic building, and the people running it truly care about its history and its future, it can be a beautiful and amazing thing to behold. That is NOT what is going on at this hotel. Instead they: *Slapped extremely dark gray paint on the walls,...

After retiring in November, the family went on a short trip including the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. We stayed at the Campbell House for a couple of nights. Easy parking and check in. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Enjoyed both the bar (with a live band) and the restaurant. The style of the hotel and interior decor let you...

Thank you for taking the time to submit this wonderful survey about your recent stay with us. The Bourbon Trail is a great time and yes we are an excellent "home base" hotel for this activity. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Staff were helpful and courteous. Didn't use the pool or visit the bar or restaurant but they all looked nice. Room was fine but very dark due in large part to walls painted dark gray. No light in or near closet so I had to use my cell phone flash light to see my clothes. Bathroom sink is a pedestal...

The music in the lobby is annoying and out of character. The whole place needs a painting. No in room refrigerator - ice machine well hidden. They missed my early morning wake up call causing me to barely make my flight in the nick of time.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Both trips were for Keeneland events. It is a perfect location, convenient to both downtown as well as the track. It's an older hotel with nice charm to it. This most recent stay was sold out and we were placed in a handicap accessible room. This was certainly fine but we...

Campbell House is part of the Hilton Curio Hotels. I remember this hotel from childhood coming to Lexington with my family. I miss the old decor but Hilton has done a great job on the updates! Staff was amazing from front desk to housekeeping etc. Barhroom was a little small but we managed just fine. Will definitely be back to...

Rooms are good ,and you feel the history upon arrival. The check in was slow and clerks were trying? My only negative is the restaurant is weak. I plan to research nearby for a better option. The lounge had karaoke the night We stayed and it ran us out of the room. Too loud pitiful. Any background music would be...

Gorgeous historical property restored as curio hotel. Wonderful staff, fabulous in-door pool and beautiful decor. Small rooms, dark closets and cramped, but very clean bathrooms. No elevator to second-floor rooms anywhere near the registration desk. You have to walk long, meandering corridors with the luggage in tow. if you have significant luggage, make sure to book a room on the...

Once we got settled (hotel could use more strategically placed elevators), everything was excellent. Great staff, breakfast was outstanding, and the hotel was first rate. Definitely recommended this hotel for its location, amenities and excekllent staff.

Aging but conviently located. Small rooms. Only one chair per room and it is an office chair. Inside rooms have a poor view of the hvac equipment on the roof. Staff is cordial and attentive. Needs upgrading.
