Came to this place for our first wedding anniversary. The ground and house were beautiful. The house was remodeled and has an upscale feel with a steam shower and heated floors in the bathroom. The horse decor with the horse racing history is great. Jason was a wonderful host and made us feel we were among friends. Getting to wake...

We booked this B&B based on previous Trip Advisor reviews. It is a lovely inn with everything newly renovated. You are made to feel at home and the guests are invited to use the house, visit the horses and enjoy the outside areas. The grounds are beautifully manicured. We stayed in a queen room. The room is not large, but...

Ana just whipped up a made to order breakfast , she's an amazing, attentive soft spoken staff member. We have just come in from a walk around the grounds, fresh coffee in hand, in which Julio, stable foreman, told us all about the horses in the beautiful brand new stables-mares and foals in immaculate surroundings, manicured grounds, boasting grand views...

We had a couple of days and ended up by chance finding Eighth Pole Inn. My husband hates B&B's but gave in for me. We loved it!!! We have been traveling across country for the last 4 months and stayed at many nice places before and since--this was our absolute favorite. I will never forget the feeling of walking in...

My husband and I loved this B&B. Jason was a wonderful host. We were there to visit American Pharoah and several other farms. Went to Churchill Downs and also Woodford Reserve. Loved the horses and seeing the recently born foals and cannot forget the resident dog Scruffy. Will be back!

Stayed three nights for the Run the Bluegrass Half Marathon event. What a blast! Absolutely gorgeous grounds & inn, beautifully appointed room and common areas. The staff is simply outstanding - friendly, helpful with local recommendations and went over-&-above to make our stay truly great. Ana's kindness and caring was wonderful, as were her delicious breakfasts. Loved watching the new...

This recently renovated gem is a balanced mix of rustic meets refined. Well appointed rooms are luxe with high-end bedding and deep soaking tubs. Wander down to the breakfast room to get a cup of coffee. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch as you watch the mares and foals graze in the paddock. Bliss.

Where do I begin? It's THE perfect place to stay - immaculate; delicious, made to order breakfast; convenient location; quality linens, towels & bath products; exceptionally friendly & accomodating hosts who absolutely make you feel at home. If I could give Eighth Pole 6 stars, I would. Look no further; this is where you want to stay - forever!
