We had several small issues throughout our stay which we could dismiss. However then the staff act like it's an inconvenience to offer customer service or fix discrepancies at a 4 star hotel it's very concerning.More

I left a message in the accounting department and after about a week Stephanie called me back. She mentioned they had changed to a new system and she was way behind on returning calls. My overcharge was finally taken care of.
