Great staff and property! The lobby area is spacious and inviting. Breakfast was very good - nice selection. The shuttle to take us to our restaurant for dinner and pick us up was great. Clean, comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend this Hampton.

The airport shuttle driver was courteous, prompt and informative. Every employee was helpful and friendly with warm smiles. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean with attractive décor. The beds were perfectly comfortable and the bedspreads were the kind I would like at home! The complimentary breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Good variety, fresh and EVERYTHING was the best flavor ever....

I usually stay at higher end Hilton properties, but it was the only hotel available, the NRA was in town along with a few concerts. The parking was great for my large truck and everything was within walking distance of food and entertainment (4th street live). Beds were great!

The room was fine and clean it was the pool that upset us. We went down to the pool before dinner on Saturday night and it was disgusting. There were no clean towels and used dirty ones were everywhere. We noticed clumps of hair off to the side of the pool and the water was murky with hair and things...

Only inconvenience was the fact that some vending machines only took silver change and there were some floors that didn't have one. We were very happy with how clean the room was and liked that the hotel staff let our delivery guy come to our floor rather than us having to go get it in the lobby.

I was very haapy with my stay here. Rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the pillows. The shuttle service was excelent - they dropped us off and came and picked us up from a Louisville Bats game. The hotel is really on the outskirts of downtown - about 5-6 blocks from 4th street. Stayed here to be close to a concert at the YUM Center. Very conveniently located for the concert...well within easy walking distance. Several good places to eat within just a couple of blocks of the hotel. The hotel beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.
