Had a great stay! The hotel overall was very nice. Great facility, wonderful staff, and clean facility. The breakfast was ok. Had the typical continental breakfast cereals, breads and waffles. Each day there was a hot breakfast, such as biscuits and gravy or eggs and chicken. The four stars was for how hot the room was and the additional charge at check-in. It was 40 degrees outside or less during our entire stay, but the room was HOT. Even with the heat turned off in the room, it was very warm. Also, at check-in there was a $50 additional "hold" put on my card for any possible damages. I did not see this mentioned anywhere on Expedia or the hotel website before booking the room. Charges/Holds for potential damages should be a bit more straight-forward.

Nothing special. Wasn't 3 star hotel quality. Seemed run down. Staff was very friendly but room was average and breakfast buffet ran out of meat and potatoes and took a long time to replenish. There are better hotel options near that cost a little more but well worth the extra cost.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was very nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was an odd smell when you first walked into the room. It could be from cleaning materials. Once in the room for a few minutes, we did not notice it. Front desk staff was professional and online check in was easy. When we arrived, we were given our key. Breakfast was average with the typical coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and bananas and apples. Nice to have something available to start the day! The exercise room could use some more equipment, and it would be nice if the equipment they had faced the TV. It was also very warm in the room. Located in an area with restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Next to a highway, the highway sounds prevented sleep. I asked to be moved to the other half of the hotel away from the highway, and the hotel was empty, but the staff told me it would be $35 more. He and his friend spoke a foreign language in front of me at length. One of the two was wearing a silk pajama top at 8pm.

Comfy big room with spa. 8 year old had an attached living room sofa . Bed was comfy . Wifi worked. 50 dollar deposit was refunded no problem . They have hygiene products in bathrooms. Can't speak on breakfast. They quit serving at 9 so we missed it. The only thing that I would of changed is a noon check out but that's personal preference. We will stay again when we come back . Thanks 👍 😊

I booked a room this property through another website and shortly thereafter received a call from the hotel telling me that there was no room available and the booking was cancelled. Despite this, my credit card was charged. I disputed the charge with my credit card company yet the hotel is not backing down. It's hard to prove a negative (that I didn't stay) so it's my fault for not requesting the cancellation in writing, but something sketchy is definitely going on. I would strongly advise reviewing your CC statements to make sure you're not overcharged.

We spent New Year’s Eve in Louisville and this hotel was located a little bit away from downtown which was actually nice. It was just far enough away from downtown and large shopping centers making. It a great location. Several restaurants nearby as well. The hotel staff was friendly, and the place was comfortable and clean. Our bed was comfortable and we were able to relax. Now we were located by the elevator on our floor which I always dislike but luckily wasn’t a busy night . The price was very affordable and the free breakfast had a good variety. We used Uber to get downtown and wasn’t bad priced for it. Overall lovely stay and will book again.

Good experience for the price of the hotel. This hotel was about 40 minutes East of downtown Louisville, and about 40 minutes from the Jim Beam Distillery. It worked out well, as I only went with a friend and we did not have a tight itinerary each day we were there! If you are looking for a hotel closer to downtown, I would find something else, as traffic was difficult during out stay. Free breakfast was nice, no problems with Wifi. Only complaint I'd have is that the room smelled musty, and as high as we'd crank the AC, it felt moist/humid in our room throughout the stay. Other than that, I had a fantastic experience in Louisville and would recommend!

Great night sleep, the kids loved the strawberry waffle option, and the hotel did great accommodating our soccer group for the weekend when we were down for the tournament! The rooms were clean with room service provided. The Pool was nice and warm too!

After requesting twice during a four night stay, housekeeping never came. There was visible crusty dirt and mold on bathroom surfaces. No body wash so that was requested, too. For $175 night, the rooms were just okay.
