The rooms were the biggest disappointment. The beds squeaked, it had a musty smell and was quite over-priced for the quality of the rest. The owners were very pleasant and made the stay better by their attitude. The B and B is in a writing contest to win the property and Bed and Breakfast. A lot of work needs to...

We came to Marion due to a preaching engagement. Our stay was great. Steve and his wife Karen were excellent hosts and cooked us a nice breakfast. The room was private and had a refrigerator, blow dryer, and iron. They informed us to treat the place as our own. Would stay again.

Marion, KY is a nice small town. Emphasis on small. No motels. We needed to travel there due to a death in the family. Expecting to procure lodging in a nearby town, we researched the web and were surprised to find several B&Bs in Marion. We settled on Grace House and called them.
