We had a very comfortable night's stay and an delicious breakfast. There is a private car parking area that is fairly close to the house but there is not normally access by the back door so it may be more convenient to drop bags at the front door before parking and walking back. The house is historic and very carefully...

Stayed here for one night when visiting the area for the weekend. Great place in a quiet village location. Pub next door and fish and chip shop just up the street so no need to travel far for evening meal. Room itself was very good, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was also great, more than enough food and friendly...

Historic building in Great Ryburgh, just 4 miles or so from Fakenham. Easy to find, great parking accommodations, spacious and clean room. Our host Audrey was so fun to talk to and runs a great B&B. The breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from and there is a pub just next door for evening dining (but closed on...

Lovely place to stay! Immaculate and linen was spotless, the fine China cups and cut glass in room was lovely! Breakfast was amazing and delicious x We stayed on a Saturday night and the pub next door stopped serving food at 2030 so had to drive 10mins for food! Sufficient parking and peaceful location. Room was very hot despite having...

My two brothers and I needed a place to stay at short notice and lady Fortune was smiling on us when we found Melody house. We stayed in one of the cottages - it had three bedrooms, two WCs/bathrooms, a huge TV, kitchen etc. The cottage was spotless, the bedrooms warm and extremely comfy. It is a quiet village with...

The reviews for this BnB were some of the best I'd read, so it was with optimism that my partner and I arrived yesterday in the cold November rain. Initially the building looked deserted but someone did come to the door fairly promptly. When we returned to the bnb an hour or so later, the proprietor looked almost affronted when...

A wonderful place in a peaceful village. Great for relaxing - very limited wi-fi and phone signal. Audrey is very welcoming. The B&B is full of interesting bits and bobs collected over time by her and her family - it used to be the village grocers. Great to have proper china and glasses in the room and also at breakfast....
