I attended the Photo Contest hosted by Pine Mountain Resort. The lodge was easy to find. (The contest was great!) Our King Room was recently remodeled. Fridge only, no microwave. Bed was comfortable, shower great, and in-room heat/AC worked great. I believe the weekend was a sell out. I was hoping for better food. Very disappointing. THEY considered a continental...

To get away from everything this is the place. Up in the mountains of south east Ky. you can enjoy peace and quiet. This weekend there was a photo contest for beginners to more advanced. There was a professional photographer there to help everyone. There is a LOT to see! The Cumberland Gap is close by. Lots of history and...

I picked this lodge because I wanted to try something different. GPS sends you all over but I called the front desk and he got me there safely. Cabin smelled a little musty but was very clean. Very cozy but dated. I work at a hotel so I am picky. This cozy cabin passed the test. I would recommend this...

Salad only for me today. Lettuce wasn't very fresh. Other was chef salad and was okay, nothing g special. Iced tea was good. Wait staff efficient. There is a Curvy road that takes 10 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. The view was excellent.

On our way to or from Gatlinburg, we travel US25 to go through the Cumberland Gap on this scenic route. A great stop off for us is having lunch at the Pine Mountain State Resort. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable. You sit among the tops of mountains in an absolutely breathtaking view. No outside noises...

The lodge at Pine Mountain is in a beautiful setting with an incredible view, especially from the dining room. The buildings are older but the rooms have been recently updated, bathrooms are all tiled. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Television reception is very poor. When we inquired about it, the desk manager apologized saying the cable system...

Nice updated room with a small kitchen set. Had a large fridge with a wine rack :) the view from the deck and restaurant could not be better. Bathroom is a little small. Only ate at the lodge due to the park's remoteness... Would not recommend the food there. Not good, frequently cold, service was slow and unprofessional.

We stayed here for two nights for a BMW motorcycle getaway. The lodge was neat and tidy. Part of the original lodge is incorporated into the new areas. We had a lodge room, and it was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and great views of the mountains and valleys. The staff was helpful, and there was plenty of parking....

This is a state park in Prineville, just about 10 miles from the TN border at the Cumberland Gap. They have golf, a new zip line, hiking, a pool and lots of other outdoor activities to enjoy. There are lots of other attractions in the general area and Lexington is about 2 hours away. There is history galore and lost...
