We stopped based on convenience and we tend to trust Choice. Room was clean and comfortable. I booked a king and was given 2 queens but it was too late to argue and it worked out fine. Staff was friendly and let me use their freezer to re-freeze my med pack freezer packs since the room only had a fridge. Breakfast was ok.

Great place to stay between Lexington and Louisville Kentucky. Immaculate!! Very Clean and comfortable from outside to the inside, from the lobby, breakfast area to the room. There was always someone cleaning and tidying the common areas. Don and his entire staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. From check in to checkout. From management to cleaning and maintenance staff. Refreshing as I arrived at 1 am after 8 hours of driving on a cross country trip. Front desk host was welcoming, even in the middle of the night. As a solo woman traveling, I felt very comfortable and at ease arriving for the night. The breakfast was great!! Including a Hot coffee station in the lobby. Something for everyone. Hot waffles, eggs and sausage. Fruit and yogurt. Bagels, muffins and cereal. Plenty to choose from. Fully stocked the entire breakfast hours. I will definitely stay again and recommend this Comfort Inn location. Thanks Don and Staff!!!

Recently renovated, looked brand new! Room was nicely decorated and the bed/mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was not the best - pastries and biscuits/gravy and waffles with the waffle maker in a different area.

Right off I-64 and near restaurants. Our room was great, with one hiccup-the air conditioner was right next to the bed, and the temperature control was either cold or hot, no in between. The entire hotel was very clean. The reason I gave it 3 stars was the breakfast. The hot food was cold, there weren't a lot of other choices. Yes, they advertise free breakfast, but it was not much. On the plus side, the coffee was great. I would come here again because the hotel and our room were very clean, but I'd skip the breakfast (which is what we ended up doing).

2nd time we have stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites, Shelbyville, KY. We make this location our stopover traveling to/from family. Rooms are updated and the 3rd floor is quiet. Manager & staff are friendly and helpful. Especially enjoy dinner at steak house just a few steps outside the backdoor.

My husband and I recently stayed at this convenient hotel in Shelbyville. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The Beautyrest mattress is perfect for getting a great night’s rest after a six hour drive from NC! Thanks to a cordial and welcoming staff! Highly recommend!

The friendly staff made our stay so nice! They were so welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend for families, friends or a business trip! The room was clean and the air conditioner works great! Some of the most comfy pillows I’ve slept on!

Booked Handicap room due to using mobilty scooter. The only thing handicap about the room was some handles on the tub and by the raised up commode. There was no vanity only a strip of wood to lay your toothbrush on . the room was way to small to be a handicap room. the beds were to high off the floor and the bath tub was at least 24" to try to climb over in. The Pool was closed. over all the motel was dated .
