The Manor is lovely. The breakfasts were very tasty although my eggs were cold both mornings. Was surprised that the beds were not made upon our return from sightseeing. They placed fresh towels outside our door. But we had a dog and perhaps they thought the dog was inside the room! Very warm and cordial and the hostess, Donna, loves...

My husband and I spent one night here for our anniversary. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi tub for two. How nice to relax in that after a day at work! The room is beautiful, the bed really comfy with really nice sheets. The breakfast was great. The innkeeper was so friendly, made us feel at home and...

Pros: Beautiful grounds, quiet and serene. Beautiful old home lovingly and tastefully restored (not over the top frou-frou like some). Donna, temporary hostess, was gracious and helpful. Two bottles of water in room were appreciated. Alpacas and llamas are interesting (but don’t expect to get up close and personal). Cons: Bugs, especially flying insects with lots of mosquitoes on grounds....

The inn keeper was so amazing. She got us breakfast together at the last minute, as we arrived early, she dutifully looked over our dogs and prepared a lovely meal for us the next day. We definitely felt at home but I agree the location could use a refresh. I would definitely stay again.

We had three rooms for two nights last week. Donna, the temporary innkeeper was lovely and so accommodating; however, we all felt like Maple Hill Manor is in need of a scouring. Our rooms were all musty and dusty with some ants paying us a visit. We were so surprised to find our beds unmade when we returned from our...

Thank you for staying at Maple Hill Manor. We are terribly sorry for your "good scouring" comment. We are training new house keepers, so obviously we need some aditional trianing. WiFi is available - so sorry you had trouble figuring out how to access it. Thank you again, Todd

Surprise trip for my GF and I and we had a blast! It was like stepping back in time! So quiet and peaceful and our view from the Lincoln library was gorgeous. At night, the half moon produced a beautiful glow of the fields behind the house. Donna, the Innkeeper, was so nice and accommodating and shared lots of history...

We went out of town for my 42nd birthday and chose to stay at the inn. Service was excellent. There was a slight misunderstanding about our reservation (early check-in not recorded), which Donna bent over backwards to rectify. Coffee/tea are offered at all times, and our room (The Lincoln Library) was as quirky and fabulous as shown in the pictures...

The only bad thing is we had to leave after a night! I wish we could have stayed a week. The house itself just brings a sense of calm and quiet. You step back in time as soon as you come through the doors. By 9 o clock it seems like it's around 1 am. Donna the inn keeper made...

We had an amazing time last night at Maple Hill and it was due in great part to Donna the innkeeper who made our stay so special and unique. Wow - I don’t know if I can put into words what an amazing experience we had at the Inn. It began the moment we drove up the drive, past the pastures with grazing Alpaca’s and Llamas, to the Manor. I had goose bumps because it was so lovely and majestic and yet felt like “home”. We were welcomed by...
