We chose the Woodford Inn based on recommendation from friends. They did not steer us wrong. Staff at reception/restaurant/breakfast were all efficient and friendly. Location was easy to find. As we traveled during the week, the Inn was quiet. Although the restaurant and bar were very busy, the noise did NOT filter up to the guest rooms. The room was...

We were in the area for a college graduation and stayed one night at the Woodford Inn. We arrived a bit early and needed to change and the staff went out of their way to get us into our room to change, even though the room had not been made up yet. Big points for that. It was also Derby...

For our first visit to Kentucky, we selected Versailles and The Woodford Inn. Nicely set back from the main drag on a side street and next to a park, it is a quiet location. We checked in for a three night stay and were very happy with our accommodations. The staff was very friendly. We arrived for dinner and studied...

It is much better than Beaumont Inn but was still a little disappointing. First thing, realize that this is an inn and not a hotel. That should lesson your disappointment. There is a pub on first floor which seems to be the only bar in town. It's a quaint little room but it was packed around 5 pm. I would...

We stayed a night here and for the most part we were pleased. They have an excellent bourbon menu and sitting out on the front porch soaking in the sun sipping an old fashioned was pretty close to perfect. The room was fine while the bed was a bit small. My only complaint was the staff was not particularly helpful...

We truly enjoyed our visit to the Woodford Inn. The room was large and well appointed; the staff was courteous and the overall experience was great. And it's perfectly located for visitors who are touring the Bourbon Trail.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Woodford Inn and we loved every minute of our stay. It was luxurious with comfy beds, delicious cuisine and gracious hosts. They were so accommodating and the location is so convenient to Keeneland, Lexington, Bourbon Trail, Berea (beautiful town with wonderful crafts) and not to far from historic Danville....

We booked the only room available for our stay. This is a reasonably priced, generally good place to sleep when visiting distilleries in the Bourbon Trail. If you need anything the staff will try to accommodate you.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
As a sponsor of the famous Kentucky Bourbon Trail, The Woodford Inn is a twist from your "traditional B&B" and provides a lively and personal experience the moment you walk in the door! Addie's Restaurant & Bar is located on the first floor, which also includes our outdoor pavilion for dining and live music during warm weather. It is a staple for not only the customers staying at the Inn, but for the local community as well. If you are looking for beautiful rooms, great dining and fun staff, look no further than The Woodford Inn for your next stay. ... more   less
