Oh what a wonderful place. From the moment you walk inside the doors the friendly staff as well as the atmosphere catches your heart. The hotel was so clean and quiet. When you get to your room you are greeted by Blue dog artwork at your door. The beds were very plush and I slept the best I had in...

Room was small, but comfortable. We had a sideways view of the river. Room had wooden floor. Mattress was comfortable. The lobby area seemed a little worn and not quite clean enough. Staff were polite and efficient. Be aware that there is a $16 charge for parking. There is not much nightlife downtown, but there is a nice walking path...

This boutique hotel has the best customer service of any hotel in Baton Rouge! My only complaint is that the rooms are small, but this is typical of any hotel downtown. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the bartenders to housekeeping aimed to make our stay enjoyable ! Jeremy and the entire team was incredible!! Super clean...

Cons. 1. The young lady receptionist who checked me out was unprofessional, and seemed extremely lazy, uncaring, and just made me feel like I wasted her precious time while she was checking me out. I asked her if the bicycles near the doors were for the hotel guest, and were the guests able to ride them at night ... and...

The people made our stay fantastic! We were in Baton Rouge for a convention. Even though the hotel was filled with lots of other convention-goers, we received excellent service with a smile! They stowed our luggage for us until mid-afternoon when our convention was over. The valet service was also fast and also kept the car until we returned in...

We stayed at the Indigo this weekend for our 31st anniversary. The hotel rooms are just as great - clean, nice layout, large showers/bathrooms plus now the bistro/restaurant is completed and open. Our room included breakfast the next morning, so we decided to try it out. Breakfast was great and had several things on the menu to choose from. Husband...

What makes the stay at a hotel extra special for me is the staff. Hotel Indigo is very well located and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable but what I will remember most is the friendly staff. We were always greeted at the reception with a warm welcome and sincere smile! And upon entering or exiting the hotel the...

The desk and restaurant staff were witty, friendly, helpful and just a joy! The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Rooms are small but they don't claim to be spacious. Definitely worth the price! Just don't leave anything behind. My son left a Christmas gift in room. I called the next day. Woman in housekeeping knew the room # without...

We decided to stop here on our way from TN to TX. We have stayed in a Hotel Indigo before. We had a room with two queen beds and plenty of room. We had a nice view of an art gallery or some artsy building across the street. We were fortunate to be able to park on the street nearby...

From the minute I walked in the door, the management was friendly, helpful, and made sure to give me a room with a great view. The room was clean, well decorated and the bed/pillows were so soft and comfortable. I'd stay here again.
