LITERALLY, Stay anywhere else! WORST staff and there was pubic hair in the bathtub. Disgusting display of management and business. Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There is a clean and friendly Hampton inn and holiday inn right next door... just sayin!

This hotel is owned by a man from India, who returns to India regularly. He does not have regards to real life situations, as your dollar is more important to him than real life circumstance which arise. He and his team will not bend their rules to accommodate you. Please know that you will not be provided any empathy as...

Very nice little comfy and clean inn. Getting into the parking lot is a bit tricky. Biggest drawbacks are the just barely okay coffee in the morning in the lobby coffee bar, with the most important drawback being that there is NO breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel on three different trips. It is located near Interstate 12, has many restaurants nearby, is clean, and is fairly new. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. The area just around the hotel's entrance could use some landscaping, but is not part of the hotel property. This hotel has the looks of...

Never have I had an experience this bad at a hotel. Upon arrival would not let my father in law who is a disabled veteran use a restroom. After being fed up with the desk clerk being rude I asked to talk to a manager. This request was refused until I refused to leave until I spoke with one. After...

I have stayed here off and on since they transitioned from Best Western and I think this was the last time. The rooms and hotel are getting tattered. In my room the furniture was damaged and the paint on the walls had a fair amount of grime in places. The elevator was missing a cover plate. It adds us. Also,...

Hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable. Just an average hotel which cost more than the suites hotels we stayed in the first 5 days of our trip. No breakfast, only coffee. Staff was friendly. If you're just needing a place to sleep for the night, this would be fine, but wouldn't recommend an extended stay.

I've stayed here before because of the convenience and the price is right. And the place is always clean. My suggestion is get an even numbered room because there is street noise on the odd number side of the building towards Siegen Avenue. All night street noise. I like the shower/toilet separate from the vanity, the room is comfortable and...

We stayed at the Inn post the Elton John concert. The Inn met our expectations. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are subpar. Four square pillows on a king size bed disappointed us. The Inn is around many stores and restaurants.

I was attending a game at LSU & found this hotel. Prices for a football weekend were "jacked up" so I chose this hotel because it was "somewhat" reasonable for the rating. It was nice; just basic, no breakfast. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff was efficient & very helpful. The walls are a little thin. I...
